  2. Yeah, he's much loved. Because of his modesty, love for the club and on top of that fits perfectly in our tradition of butterflies on the wing.
I posted already along time ago a picture of a fan who had a tattoo of his portret and one of you asked if that wasnot a bit premature as he hadn't done much yet. I already then posted that didnot matter, as he already was becoming the darling of the fans.

Sinisterra with assist in 86m assist in the derby with PSV, which triggered comeback to 2-2 draw.

Was a fantastic play by Sinisterra, winning back the ball from the PSV fullback, cutting inside and launching an inch perfect cross into the box that just got over the last defender for his 9 to slot home.

This result locks in European football for Feyenoord for next year - I think at minimum another Conference League birth, but not sure if the recalibration of league rankings that Feyenoord Fan has spoken of here gives them the potential to go to Europa.

And they qualified for the final of the Conference League, where they will meet Mourinho's Roma too!

23g and 13a season is crazy stuff, and the guy isn't simply a goal scorer he contributes in all areas for the team. Still pisses me off that idiot Rueda didn't even give him a real chance, could have been the difference for us.

Really makes me wonder what the coaching staff sees that we don’t. Sini should have 10 caps and at least five 90 minute appearances.

It was plain as day that Sini offers so much more than being the typical Colombian pacy winger who can score 1 wonder goal every 7 games

  6. Now you know why the Bigsoccer Mexican posters love their (young) players to go to the top 3 of the Eredivisie, as they see how good the Eredivisie is for getting their players better. Even older players improve vastly under Dutch coaching.
Most recent example is Alvarez at Ajax. He technically improved immensely, because he every day tackled his weaknesses by spending every day since joining with specialist coaches 20-30 minutes practicing.

The sharks are going to be circling. Honestly as much as it really sucks that we didn't make the World Cup, from a club perspective this winter World Cup is going to be a nightmare. Workload, injury and time away from their clubs will all be a negative, so the upside is at least that our guys won't have to deal with it and a few older and injury prone players may have time to rest. If you think about it since the covid break these guys have been on almost 2 years no rest, will get a brief one this summer then next year with a winter World Cup will lead to prolonged seasons, maybe our guys benefit from the rest.

Finishes season with an assist in Feyenoord's loss to Twente.

They officially end the season in 3rd place qualifying again for the ECL and they face Roma in the final of this year's ECL on the 18th.

23 goals and 14 assists this season in all competitions is fantastic results for Sinisterra but I think the key thing is that he was able to play the whole season and only missed a couple of games to a minor muscle injury in the winter - teams considering him should not be spooked by the knee.

Here's hoping that if he can play well in the final and cement the reputation he has built this season!

Man fuuuuuuckk you Rueda. Look at this, Sini doing absolutely everything, scoring goals with his head, defending, carrying the ball and at times playing as a 10. During that whole stretch where we didn't have creative midfielders and at the Copa Rueda didn't even try a guy who would have been exactly what we needed playing without James and Quintero for long stretches. Literally everything we were missing creatively in a position that we could have easily used in a 4-3-3 and you don't get any drop off defensively, you could have had Diaz/x/Sini and have two ideal wide forwards who will press and defend from the front. Its makes me so angry ughh.

You, me and many others here saw what sini offered to the NT well before Rueda started calling him up regularly.

The skills Lucho has compliments what Sini offers. They are not just two LW’s

Why Rueda stuck with his anti futbol tactics repeatedly really saddens me. I never seen a coach “retard” a team the way Rueda did.

And the thing is people saying he's in a weaker league, the skills stand out wherever you are if you look deep enough. People been saying that about Morelos with Rangers and now Sini with Feyernoord and yet Rangers were a penalty shot away from winning the European cup without imo their best player (morelos) and Sini with Feyernoord is in a European final and he's been doing it to good teams in Europe every chance he got. I don't understand how Rueda could be as bad as he was.

Sinisterra was a way better option than Yimmi Chara

Gave an interview to Caracol this weekend during which he noted that he had been disappointed to not be included in several of Rueda's call ups where he felt his form had merited and (very politely) that he is open to moving this summer but the final is his only focus right now.

    Good head on his shoulders.

As expected Roma won. Shame for Feyenoord but they did make a good run.

Chris smalling and the goal post were the MVP for Roma. Smalling shut down Dessers

  22. Well, the world has seen a negative brand of football with assholes (Abraham making an act as if he was murdered and then on the ground winks to ??) win.

Damn... If Atalanta had been able to strike a deal that could have transformed their season.

I am kinda expecting there to be a lot of rumors for him but nothing? Like why is it so quiet?
