Tuchel doesn't like it. He just likes it better than other options when Lukaku and probably also Havertz are unavailable. Maybe Werner too.

Someone explain to me the benfits of having Josh Sargent, who has little pace, no real defensive skills and questionable technique on the dribble as an out and out right midfielder? This Norwich team is abjectly meh.
Someone explain to me the thinking of a person who saw a single Werder Bremen game in the past 2 years and said, "the wingers from that team, get me both." Hard to figure out what Norwich is trying to do in so many different ways.
He actually started this one out pretty well... but the entire team fell apart after about 15 minutes. Sargent was one of their better players in the 1st half but that is not saying a lot. I am OK with him playing that position but it isn't ideal. I guess his hustle makes up for his lack of pace on the wing.
ok I'm willing to bet no one has had two nicer debut goals in the EPL and the Bundesliga than Josh Sargent. Like easy money.
Well timed run and a tremendous (creative) finish. Glad it wasn't called back on VaR. Hopefully they get the light situation sorted.

Josh Sargent isn't on the #USMNT's latest World Cup qualifying roster, but he is on the scoresheet for the first time in the Premier League. It's a big goal for Norwich City(via @NBCSportsSoccer) pic.twitter.com/hzRDRQmGg7— SI Soccer (@si_soccer) January 21, 2022
