I’m surprised they didn’t elect whoever was next in the Batista family tree.

For as much as I dislike Tapia, I gotta say the NTs are getting reorganized and taken more seriously under his helm lately. Projects are being created and younger coaches like Scaloni, Aimar, and Masche are being appointed. We’re heading in the right direction.

Yeah, I feel the same. When Claudio Tapia took over after el quilombo with Grandona's death and Luis Segura, all I heard from my family in Argentina was that Claudia Tapia was no better than the rest. Then when the Argentina league was re-shuffled, I thought "oh oh, this guy might be pelotudo HDP" but Tapia has pulled all the right strings, imo. And the new schedule appears to be better for our leagues. ?

Not sure if Tapia deserves a lot of credit. But if I don't hear/read of people being arrested or charged with fraud in Argentina football, I think that someone must be doing a good job (or a good job at hiding fraud)

Not to mention, he doesn’t have to worry about not paying most of the coaches anymore! Most were players in the twenty-first century. :ROFLMAO:

But I gotta agree, there is somewhat of a structure now.

Just a note, Soulé has been promoted to the first team of Juve. At least for now. He’ll apparently be on the squad list for tomorrow’s match.

With Chiesa out for several weeks I really hope he gets some minutes. So tired of seeing Kulusevski, Bernadeschi and Rabiot

Juve needs to get rid of Allegri. I get money is tight but this guy’s tactics are archaic.

When Messi at his peak scoring, they want tittles. When Messi has tittles, they want goals.

Messi was top scorer & top assister in Copa America & La liga, 5 goals + 2 assists in CL last season, 2 goals in CDR final, 3 goals plus 1 assist in 4 games with PSG so far , but you know whats funny in recent weeks?

Somehow the ligue 1 stats is the only thing that matter the most for these haters in all sudden :ROFLMAO:

We all know what they gonna say of Messi has hit 10 goals in Ligue 1... They'd say its farmers league and its true:laugh:

Do you think Dybala should play the remaining qualifer games? I think he should. Messi almost certainly will skip those games.

Messi will not skip those games. The guy likes to play, and I think he probably wants to play because how many more meaningful games will he have in Argentina? I’d like him to rest but he knows he means a lot to a lot of people. They save up to buy tickets, so they can watch him play.

But I would rather see him get rest. Moreover, Scaloni should definitely try new players.

Ronaldo today personally liked a long post that downgraded both Messi’s and Modric’s achievements and said that he deserved everything, that he was the greatest; Ronaldo also replied to the post with “Factos.”

This is one day after he wrote that he doesn’t compete with anyone and that he only focuses on his teams.

The level of narcissism in Ronaldo is to an extreme.

So Conte confirmed that Romero will probably not be back till Jan. or Feb. so he's more than very likely out vs Chile and vs Colombia.

I am really hoping Scaloni try out different CBs and not go with Otamendi and Pezzella.

Poch playing messi as a false 9 with midfielder who cannot hold the ball for a second. Man this is horrible to watch

Still they don't know how to cut back passes to Messi. They have zero awareness of his movements. Happened so many times from Hakimi, Gueye and all the rest of them. Only Messi is creating for Mbappe.

I hope poch stays as far away from the NT. He came close to winning the CL with an underdog but he is too rigid and scared to win anything.

As I said before, this psg midfields are just bunch of Biglia's clone , all they could do is backpassing & sideaway passing.

Mbappe had 50 chances in previous game and didnt score any.

This PSG midfield is terrible. Without Veratti and Paredes, they don't know how to hold the ball.

Messi creates chances left and right but no one can convert. Poch is not the right man to coach a team of big names.

Lautaro with a goal and assist in Inter 2-0 victory.

He once again caused a handball after a nice flick and his shot hit defender's arm. He assisted the first goal with a clever backheel.

Tucu had a very average performance, looking more a passanger.

Ocampos scored winning goal for Sevilla at ET in Copa del rey.

There was an instance where Messi was standing centrally inside the box with absolutely no one around him, completely open, and Hakimi decided to volley over rather than pass.

And another one where Messi actually called for the ball back and Mbappe decided to shoot through a defender’s legs, which was saved.

Enbimbe also took two wild shots where he could have played Messi in very easily who was inside the box.

For PSG to do anything, Verratti and Paredes must always play.

Messi has created 10 chances in the last two games, more than all the PSG midfielders combined.

And of course, Mbappe scores two against us in 2018 but is missing hundreds of 1v1 chances.
