The Sidekicks signed three players since 11/5 that I've never heard of and they didn't even bother to explain who any of them were.
Not to be too picky, but that is not the jersey design from 1991. This design was from the Patrick unis worn in the NPSL starting with the 1992-93 season. That said, I really like this.
Josh Lemos suspended one game and fined undisclosed amount https://www.maslsoccer.com/news/masl-announces-suspension Anybody know what he did?
If I had to guess, it's related to his Facebook comments on a MASL thread expressing his displeasure with the new GK distribution rule.
Looks like the MASL will be streaming on YouTube this season. Again, check the start times for your timezone.
Not surprised. The Facebook setup last season was so they could do PPV given the tiny crowds they were allowed. Will be interesting to see if they buy any time on FTF like they did for the M2 playoffs last season.

Royal Farms Arena, former home of the Blast, is set to get a $150 million renovation https://www.baltimoresun.com/busine...0211124-ogdmxinpevdmhbrdd7fgqhykuq-story.html
I'm not sure I understand exactly what they're doing to the existing arena. Is it being torn down, or are they just gutting the interior? In any event, it looks like lipstick on a pig to me. The arena's design is squared-off, unlike a lot of newer arenas that are based on an oval. While the existing (and, I assume, remodeled) sightlines are great for basketball, they're not as great for Hockey (and similar sports).
Wasn't this arena designed for basketball originally? If I am remembering correctly, the Blast had a small field even while playing there (but not as small as their current place). I believe it was the smallest field in the original MISL.
The Dallas Sidekicks will have a new turf for the upcoming season. See their image below. Wondering if this the Mississauga MetroStars old carpet or do they just look similar.
