I thought that it might be but for some reason the app I use, fotmob, didn't say anything about what it was.
Yeah FA Cup your 0-0 draw against Plymouth was the same tournament so as well as not getting a point you've now got to have a replay, that can't be good for the old legs. They have a random draw for every round we just happened to get an easier fixture. The draw for the next round is tonight. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59204947
We're at home to Bolton Wanderers or Stockport County. Wednesday will be away to Rochdale or Notts County if they beat Plymouth. I think they said the next round is on 4th December.
I'd think Nottingham a rather better away day than Rochdale, but I've not been to either, so it's just a guess. Best to focus on getting past Plymouth first, I suppose. You'll handle either Bolton or Stockport, I'm saying. This season is shaping up nicely for Rov'rum.
Well done to the lads who got the international call up! https://www.themillers.co.uk/news/2...s-postponed-due-to-international-involvement/
We play non-league Stockport County in the next round of the FA Cup. I watched the match last night as it was on BBC, they not only beat Bolton 5-3 after extra time (3-3 FT) but largely outplayed them, they came from being 2-0 down after 5mins. It was a great match actually, I don't know if Bolton were resting players or what.
Another decent win to keep us on track. Charlton beat Plymouth 2-0 shows that our away draw wasn't so bad after all.
Plymouth get trounced at home by Wycombe, who surpass them in the table, and who are themselves passed on GD by Rotherham, who've taken care of business at Ipswich. The Millers now sit atop the table in League 1. Nice one, Rovrum.
The best part is we're not there by a lucky run of results, in the last two matches both the Cambridge and Ipswich managers admitted that we were simply too good for them. It's a long season though and the dreaded transfer windows is approaching.... We're 15 games unbeaten now, 12 in the league.
