UAE players lacking football IQ, most of them don't know the basic of football, only Majed Hassan was knew what he was doing and playing his heart out + the youngster Abdulla Hamad, Mabkhout should've been benched or have another striker next to him like he always took advantage of Ahmed Khalil drawing all the attention from him or however the foreign striker in the club, and we have better goal keepers than Ali Khsaif like Al Shamsi and Al Dhanani that know how to communicate with the defense , the full back #9 is definitely not a footballer he is a failed track runner.

QUALIFIRES United Arab Emirates advanced to the AFC U23 Asian Cup Uzbekistan 2022 Finals with a 2-0 win over Oman to finish top of Group E on Saturday. The win took UAE to six points and their place in Uzbekistan 2022 was confirmed after India and Kyrgyz Republic played to a 0-0 draw in the group's final match, leaving both teams on four points. India subsequently took second place after winning a penalty shoot-out as the tiebreakers could not separate the two sides. Three points for Kyrgyz Republic would have seen the Central Asian side top the group, having defeated UAE 2-1 on Matchday One. 24 October 2021 1-2 27 October 2021 1-0 30 October 2021 2-0 Group final Standing : UAE India Kyrgyzstan Oman

If I am UAE coach, I will immediately remove UAE # 2 since he is running backward and not stopping running South Korean player on 82 minute of the game... The South Korean player ran from his field upto UAE goal keeper just because UAE # 2 failed to stop him... If any Saudi player would have had been here then he would have had stopped the running korean player... Why UAE players are afraid or playing with down mindset?
With Iran's win against Lebanon, 3rd place position is now a 3 team battle and UAE has all the features to get this position.
The next match against Lebanon is a must win for UAE if UAE wants to have any sort of chance to qualify on 3rd spot... Here's the scenario: UAE beats Lebanon, Korea draws Iraq, while Syria (by any chance) draws with Iran, then UAE will be on 3rd spot and will have a chance to even get 2nd spot by winning all remaining games. Iran will definitely end as 1st Team in the group so fight will be on for UAE to get 2nd spot afterwards as UAE will host Korea in UAE (this match should be played in Al-Ain if UAE has any chance to beat Korea then it has to be in Al-Ain). Also, Iran and other teams might also cause upsets to Korea which will give UAE more chance to grab 2nd spot in the group. There is still chance so UAE coach should play Sebastian Tagliabue along with Caio Caneo Correa, Ali Mabkhoot, Ismail Mattar and Fabio Lima. The Coach should 100% drop # 2 Ali Salmeen from the squad for remaining qualifier matches.
just for clarification, #2 or #5 because Ali Salmeen is #5 the cmf ? #2 is Mohamad Barghash the back up left back who is actually a right back btw (replacing injured Mahmoud Khamies) If its Salmeen he been missing games lately due to injury with the club just like Lima, didn't expect him to play tbh, Majed Hassan injured and Abdulla Hamad who played in the previous games is injured as-well. I don't think the coach wants Sebastian with the team that's why he doesn't give him enough playing time.
