Down to just a few votes each game. Big soccer philadelphia threads becoming a thing of the past. Anybody on here younger than 50?
Nope — but I’ve always enjoyed this thread because the contributors are knowledgeable and committed to the team. When I look at other sources with fan comments, the level of discourse seems low and, to me, often off base. For tonight’s game the Union pretty much must win to control their home playoff hopes. Toronto is limping (played Michael Bradley at center back in their last game), so I hope the U don’t offer glimmers of hope to Toronto early in the game.
Not me! Mostly lurking now, cuz I'm outside the area and don't get to games. Shame, because they are better now than they ever were when I had tickets!
They didn’t deserve to win, but I thought that was a handball by Bradley near the end. I wish Curtin would use subs earlier and more often, particularly when it’s clear the game plan is faltering.
A little more than halfway there. This board and the Unions first decade went hand in hand. Its hard to even remember to lurk on here now.
