Have him get a yellow in the next game so that he has to sit out a match before the knockout rounds, imo.
Absolutely top draw performance yesterday by Ajax. The movement off the ball, speed of play, tempo, and the almost synchronized telepathic pressing when defending was absolutely at another level. Master Class performance. Ten Hag has been incredibly good again with his tactics. I have to admit it would appear that Alvarez has raised his game to another level. Antony going to be an expensive purchase for one of the so called Big Clubs. Enjoyed Haller’s goal we’re he was rooted like a massive tree heading in despite getting rammed into by Emre Can who bounced off the Big Ivorian like a child. Lol. Even Pasaveer was excellent. If any criticism it would be Gravenberch who I believe can be better. Seems to lose ball or fluff his lines a bit lately, but his energy and movement was good so that was a plus. As a fan of Ajax for 40 years i want to Thank them for another fantastic night to watch great football.
Cannot agree with your analysis here. Schurrs has no pace compared to Timber and that is why he no longer starts
I Love Ten Hag’s mentality, his complete focus and drive. Not going to get carried away by the result. Keeps pushing forward. Excellent, fantastic Manager.
I like this: https://www.telegraaf.nl/sport/3633...d-op-coefficientenlijst-lijkt-niet-te-stuiten But I dont like this https://archive.vn/UTt2T
As much as I like that… With this kind of hype, I think he’s going to the highest bidder, and it won’t be KNVB
I think you're probably right. In the end money always talks. Too bad because his attacking coaching style is perfectly suited for Oranje
My daughter and I were hiking in the mountains so I just finished watching the replay. Ajax were only troubled in the first five minutes, after that they were in full control. If they keep phasing like this they will get done good results.
Were you up in the Blue Ridge? I saw a black bear on Skyline Drive once. Unfortunately there are no puma/cougar left in the Eastern United States. Speaking of wildcats, I was on safari last week and saw multiple lions and a leopard. So cool. I think the best comment about the match was on WhoScored, which assessed that PSV had no strengths (in the match) worth noting. We basically racked up a 10-point(!) swing in Goal Differential. What a night.
10 points?? More then that, we are now at +35 and PSV are sitting at just +5. So 30 points difference. PSV will never be able to make that up
Ten point swing from before the game: our GD increased by five and theirs decreased by five, for a net of 10. Before the match, ours was at + 30 and theirs at +10, for a difference of 20 points. Now it's 30.
4-0 and 5-0 vs Dortmund and PSV. Two clean sheets for Pasveer. I mean if you told me that a week ago I would have had a good laugh. What a week!
