Someone told me that you can get emeralds easily with glass blocks by turning them into panes, but I didn't get it.

Pretty sure on a FC Dallas podcast linked on Reddit they mentioned the girl in question was Wes’s girlfriend.

Not that it’s anyone’s business in the first place, but before you get too far out of bounds on the guy’s personal life.

BigSoccer has some ugly and it has certainly had some manic cringeworthy collective pitchfork episodes in the last 10+ years, but I don’t think anything compares to what we saw in this thread last month.

Just to be clear (in case my dozen other snarky/jokish posts on this didn’t make it clear) this was a joke/dickish/wiseass comment. I don’t have any idea who it was and could care less, except in the context that the guy broke the rules and made some folks unhappy.

End of disclaimer. As you were.

Four way window pane is LSD produced by a particular chemist that was particularly noteworthy in the 80s/90s and maybe before or after.

Hopefully Wes is fine, I know he didn't make the trip to Panama due to fitness issues. Between Bentancur (late arrival), Rabiot (Covid), and Ramsey (always injured), Wes could def. be in line for a start on Sunday against Reynolds and Roma.

The chance of Reynolds playing that one is about 0.

Some twitter about Juve being after Gio Reyna. Dropping this here as our Italian-ish contingent come by here more often. Anyone hearing that on the boot?

That rumor makes no sense. Juve is too broke. Their signings nowadays are guys like Locatelli that refuse to go anywhere else so Juve can then strong-arm the club into a BS deal like a 2-year loan with an obligation to buy.

There are EPL teams that would pay 50 mil for Reyna next summer. And Dortmund know that and will just tell Juve to show the cash they don't actually have.

Like Barella to $Inter? or Tonali to Milan?

Trying to pretend that Juve is the only club that has benefitted from Italians wanting to move to their preferred club is ridiculous. Not to mention the deals we provided to Sassuolo and the likes (Berardi, Romero, Demiral, Spinnazzola, Orsolini, etc.) Granted, y'all do it as well. Roma is still very thankful for the Zaniolo/Nainggolan swap, as they are for our Luca Pellegrini/Spinnazzola swap.

I won't fight you on Juve's finances though. They are not great, for any Juventini that think otherwise are just burying their head in the sand.

***Edit to stay relatively on thread topic, Gio would be great, I just don't see them splashing the money on Gio. If they are going to splash that type of money (difficult based on finances), it would have to be for a clear-cut starter. Depending on the formation, I don't think Gio would be that at this time.

There has been a few rumors going around with Wes being linked in a swap deal with Monaco for Aurelien Tchouameni. Nothing from realiable Monaco or Juventus personalities, just CalcioMercato and Gazzetta I believe.

If/when Wes leaves, I would be shocked if it wasn't for England. Nothing against Monaco, I rate them and they have deep pockets, but I don't see Wes leaving for anywhere other than an English club.

Or 2 hours if you're a footie player in a Lambo. (I don't think the actual Turin - Monaco drive is more than 2 1/2 hours for regular folks - 5 would take you through Zermatt or something.)

    Hardly. It's only 265km or 165 miles.

    At 60 mph that's about 2.5 hours. At 50mph it's about 3 hours 10-15 minutes.

McKennie seems like a guy who likes life more than football at the moment. Sort of an anti-Danny Rojas. So yeah, Monaco may make sense to him, if he wants to spend his free time being the poorest guy hanging out on a yacht.

I know people who live in Monaco. They are very wealthy. Not "owner of Chelsea" wealthy. But closer to that than they are to what I am. They hate Monaco because of how expensive it is, how little room there is, and how everyone there is at least as rich and pretentious as they are. They do their six months-and-a-day there for the tax benefits and then get the hell out the rest of the year.

But you still need to stop for a coffee and take in the views. So let's just say a 3-5 hours depending on your urgency!

It was something that I loved and sometimes hated while in Italy, lack of urgency/always be on the go.
