The game isn't over but I was going to make a post how Honduras lost twice against the US by playing at night and then switched to daytime and got a win in the 2014 qualifiers and should have gotten one in 2018. The game isn't over but the US looked out of it in the 1st half and they held up well with the early goal and since. I doubt they do so in the heat.
Peipi just made in Honduras the pass that Funes Mori or Martin could never do in San Jose. Not saying that he's better but the kid is 18 and maybe Mexico knows something when they try and not this "no dual national has ever paid out so let's protect the feeling of Mexicans"
This is my first time ever watching pepi. Not sure if he will ever become a world class striker but at his age, you can already tell he would be an absolute upgrade over Funes, pulido and maybe even Martin. He was involved in all 4 goals
Should have schedule the game for noon. Guess who is going to get the Sunday, noon, hot ass sun game though? I give you one guess.
Ricardo Pepi was the MOTM. This is what I was talking about the potential. A Honduras win and it was a great result, now the US and Canada has breathed life into them and are more of a problem than any win by Honduras.
**looks around** Yo, is this y'all first eliminatorias? You shoulda known better than to expect anything from splintered-reed Honduras playing at home against the US
