FPL Twitter posted it 12 minutes ago, so technically he was in the game when @Bilbo43 selected i think

 

All I’m saying is I saw the price announcement, went to fpl to make the transfer and he was not there. Price announcement does not equal in the game

 

Whatever, the whole way transfers get made in this league makes no sense anyways
