Agreed and we can bring some money in to reinvest.

With Chelsea getting close to Lukaku, Werner might see less playtime, Will Dortmund try for Werner next season

Probably not, but I think Werner would be a good signing. I would have swapped him for money plus Haaland this year. Malen looks like the Haaland replacement.

Grealish seems confirmed for 100 million pounds. Lukaku will go for over 110 million pounds. Kane will probably go for close to 150 million pounds.

Even Havertz went for 72 million pounds.

It puts the Sancho deal in context.

Hopefully we can now get rid of the players we don't need like Burki, Wolf, Delaney and Hazard, but it seems very unlikely.

With Lukaku likely going to Chelsea, I suppose Haaland will stay another and then his release clause will get triggered. It's a bit strange that Chelsea pay that much when Haaland probably wouldn't have cost that much more while being much younger.

As for Werner, Lukaku is probably the ideal partner for him. Ideally, Werner should never be the lone CF.

It looks like it's just politics and that's just Barca bluffing.. like we need more soap operas.

I wouldnt stay playing with Pique, Lenglet, Busq and Roberto.. They wont win nothing with that players in the starting lineup, just ridiculous.
Bartomeu ruined Barca, that transfer politics was just mind blowing, Coutinho, Dembele, Griezmann and Pjanic transfers with salaries and everything were close to 0.5 bilion, just WOW.. You cant have a healthy financial situation with that kind of business.
Barca will compete for the top 4 spot next season

The worst part about Haaland's release clause for us is that it's a sum Bayern can afford and it'd be without a doubt a great investment for them. It's no surprise that Salihamidzic's recent comments left no doubt that he is an interesting player for them.

I hope there's something to the noise created last season due to his father and Raiola touring around Spain. Bayern might not be in the mood to pay Raiola's insane commission demands.

I just hope Håland follows the trend of recent departures who choose to go to another league rather than move directly to Bayern.

This season we need to make the most out of Håland, and once he moves on that would leave us with Malen as the only player managed by Raiola, which would be a minor relief.

Well Barca certainly can’t afford him anytime soon, so it can only really be Real in Spain. Even then they seem more keen on Mbappe. Bayern may try for him next summer, but I get the impression Haaland is more likely to end up at one of the Manchester clubs.

As Lewa wants to explore other leagues, I think next season Haaland will join Bayern and Lewa will move to England or Real

Bayern, Madrid, United and PSG have the money to get Haaland.

It will probably depend on who pays him the most money and are currently the most successful.

United are in prime position, they have Sancho, they have the money and they have Ole. As long as they have q good season he will probably go there.

    Then it is Madrid.

Bayern are probably the least likely place for him to go.

And considering City are likely to get Kane, the only English club that might go for Lewandowski would be United, but that's only if they fail to get Haaland.

Haaland will go to Premier league, 99%.. He was born there and his dad played there so i dont think he would choose Bayern instead of PL

Yes! I am really worried about that regardless of the current odds. If Raiola added that exit clause to the contract, then I really hope we negotiated for a no-Bayern clause. It's completely counter productive for us to sell our best players to Bayern, and at the same time, they do have multiple options outside Germany. So they don't lose much by agreeing to not join Bayern.

I have watched the match against Frankfurt again and the same observations and what I have been saying all season stands.

When we played City in both legs we had some players that just weren't good enough for us to challenge on all fronts.

    1. GK ----Hitz
    2. RB. ---- Morey
    3. CDM --- Can
    4. RW ---- Knauff.

Last year went we went on our run
Sancho came back to fix the RW (well creative dribbling winger)
Piszczek came back like a legend to solve the RB position.
Dahoud played some games at 6.

This Kobel might solve the goalkeeper problem.
I am hopefully Dahoud can solve the CDM position.

However, we still have huge problems with the RB and RW. We won't compete with the best in the CL without addressing at least the RB. We won't beat Bayern without a RW.

Now is the time for the board to take the gamble. Sign a quality winger to replace Sancho.

Sell Delaney and offer Hazard in a part exchange if it has to be done, but get that winger in now. Get that winger and we will win the league and have an outside shot at the CL. The team is ready it just needs that extra player. We decided to keep Haaland so let's make the most of it and go to win some big troohies

Delaney's transfer to Sevilla is in final stages as medical is the outstanding item. So @eaglespark has his wish come true as Delaney is gone. Now need to offload Burki and Meunier.

The fee was too low, but we needed to sell him. I really like Delaney and actually would have loved him to move to Crystal Palace. That shows how much I rate him and respect him as a player. He just isn't good enough.

Selling Meunier is not going to happen with him having covid, but only worth doing anyway if we have a right back lined up.

I still think we need to offer Thorgan Hazard in part exchanges for a winger that can dribble.

Draxler? Available for 20 millions…Schalke is in Buli2 so no need to worry about backlash

2 million for Draxler would be a terrible signing. It's a shame, because he had great potential and I don't think the injuries that robbed him off his speed were his fault.

However, I think getting that boost of bringing in an exciting highly rated player will be the last step to push us over the edge.

Listening to the ex professionals and they were talking about how when a great player comes to the club it gives everyone a lift and breathes extra life and belief.

Can’t sell Meunier without bringing in another RB. In terms of wingers Madueke was linked (seems more likely to happen next summer), but I also feel that Knauff should get more of a chance. He could develop into a very good player.

Yeh, which is why I don't see a right back being brought in. It makes sense to give Meunier a chance, at least up until the January transfer window.

PSV play Benfica to make the CL, if PSV go out I wonder if they will allow Madueke to leave? I don't see Hazard going there.

For me I would give Knauff more game time, promote Raschl and offer Thorgan to Leverkusen plus money for Wirtz. If it cannot he done now try and get it done this January.

On a positive note the Premier League is back to normal. I can't wait to go to matches again next week. Hopefully the Bundesliga allows full capacity soon too.

Charles De Ketelaere is winger that is 20 at Brugge that we could obviously afford. Not sure of his valuation. We tend to buy up players like these.

Gravenbach at AJAX is a midfielder Id love to see us go after.

Another youngster is Camavinga though it seems he is being priced very high. Id spend at least half of the money we sold to get him. Werent we in on him for a very short time?

Tzolis and Plata are two other young wingers that are highly thought of. It seems we tend to go after these type of young wingers. Im not sure why we havnt scouted them already to be honest.

Nevermind, im late to the party on Tzolis. Seems Norwich bought him already.

We seemed to be very late to the party this summer on wingers if we knew we needed one. Not sure if we just settled on the parts we had put together after selling Sancho but I agree it seems we need something there.
