This is the 500th MLS regular season game for the Dynamo. That means Colorado was the opponent in the 1st and 500th game over 16 seasons.

The Dynamo record is 172-178-149 (W-L-T) in those games so far. Houston has played 613 games in all competitions in that span with a record of 225-214-174.

Well, Brian Ching can suit up for game 500 then. Why not with our lack of goals at home these days! Get us some goals like that very first game versus Colorado!!!

we are getting perilously close to the "put paper bag over your head" portion of the season.
if we don't win this one, it's Unknown Comic time

    PS

you probably don't get that if you are younger than 45.
Google the "first man on the sun" routine. still makes me laugh

early goal by Colorado after a series if corners conceded. Bad give aways on defense lead to several of the corners including the goal.

The team is a step slow to react they look like they are tired. No coordination in the press by the forwards and the rest of the team.
Colorado maintaining most of the possession. Colorado had a great game plan to attack our pattern of defending in the 433.

This is not a good team.

Why are we relying on Vera to being the only guy to be running to the box. This new signing is basically playing the holding mid position over Vera - Memo would be better than Vera in this regard.

Dorsey is very weak. I haven't liked him since he's been starting.

Not strong in his challenges at all leading to numerous opponent chances now its a goal and we are down 1-2

thats squarely on Ramos for putting him in there

the wheels have officially come off of the bus.

it's really only been held together with tape and bailing wire when we had that run if ties but now it's definitely broke down.

no coach with any sense interviews for this job again until they know their will be a player GM that will give you the players you need.

someone needs to give me the stats on Dorsey - he was horrible in most all phases.

Urruti is technically good but he just isn't able to get away from Defenders and get space to shoot. Most of his shots are on goal but usually they are weak shots or blocked bu a defender. Just not good enough - a jorneyman. Picault is good technically, fast, busts his ass to press better than Urruti - he tracks back into midfied and wins alot of turnovers that turn into chances for us.

    Well....

Oh and 3 straight games without a goal from open play. We're bad boys, real bad. Segal could set a tone tonight by firing someone, won't do any good for the season, but just let's the fans know he sees this dumpster fire.

isn’t taking a public dump on a county owned sports field usually frowned upon by law enforcement?

Segal’s credibility with the fans will be shot if he brings back Jordan and Ramos. Jordan’s tenure has been an abysmal failure

last time they won a game was may. like before nations league, gold cup, or the olympics. i was young and beautiful then. and the whole premise of their contract expirations was this was a very very very indulgently generous contract year mulligan. now sliced incompetently into the woods. easiest decision in the world.

and this is not EPL where you buy some expensive new boss, you just promote an assistant as interim. you can start over in the winter.
