Not gonna lie, I literally laughed out loud when they were throwing beers/cokes/waters at a fouled Pulisic at the very end of the game and the Mexican players came over to help provide a human shield and one of them got absolutely clobbered - ironically just like Reyna did in the earlier incident - by their own fans…. It’s disgusting behavior honesty. Between getting the game vs Costa Rica delayed and getting the game against the US for the world known infamous homophobic chant, and the massive amount of things thrown at players, these specific fans didn’t exactly cover themselves or their team in glory. I feel bad for the players having to have that group of fans associated with them
I honestly doubt it has any impact one way or the other. Denver actually scored pretty well in the initial bid, including having the highest rated venue of all the proposed hosts (ratings start on page 200). https://resources.fifa.com/image/up...6s9OTKA-3gJJzo5Lr5x5AowZictL_OFbjHATaX-5K3tuU Our chances to host are a lot better better than most people assume.

For the Olympics, each team can only have 18 on the roster. Sounds like Andonovski selected veterans he's very comfortable with. It's silly the Olympic soccer only allows 18, especially when matches are played about four days apart.
