Every year it seems to get earlier but this is quite a jump.

What time frame are we looking at to kick off the new season? I may (probably 30-50% likely) have someone who is interested in playing if we need numbers

With all small rocks teams confirmed, i will set up the league and an organizing thread.

 

Hopefully those teams (Tangers, CSS and Keysersoze) will return and we can get a few new ones to fill in the remaining spots, Sand league must survive! Dust league bit the dust some years back but Sand and the Sandy Cup must continue. Wish I knew others into EPL, all of my friends mostly just follow NFL. But hopefully you guys know some others to recruit.

 

I've heard nothing back from those three as of yet.

I'm not sure if FC Epikoinos would keep his VSR status if others pull out from that league or if teams move up from Sand from 3rd place or lower?

If Keysersoze Wanderers and ChrisSuttonsSlippers do not confirm, then Virgil Reality and Kopite Juniors would advance to Very Small Rocks.

 

Thanks for the confirmation Hal, that is how I would do it also as relegation should mean relegation. If 1 of the 2 confirm then we'll have another one to sort if indeed both of those teams tied.

 

What is the tiebreaker on equal points? Im sure it was posted somewhere.

 

In the "real" FPL game, the tiebreaker is who had fewer transfers. But I don't recall ever seeing that in our rules. And, personally, I don't like it. If you got to the same number of points, why is it better or worse that one owner did it with fewer transfers. (And, of course, it doesn't matter anyway unless someone kept a record of the transfers from last year.....)

If there is no existing rule, I'd vote for going straight to a coin flip (or some other random generator if it is necessary to decide). (With two slots still unconfirmed, maybe it doesn't matter....)

 

Im not personally upset if i lose out on a tiebreaker whether its fewer subs or a coin flip, it is just what it is, probably should be something ironed out because it is possible it could happen
