True but you can't absentee everyone who was infected got tested, especially those who were asymptomatic.
Except that isn’t what you said. they didn’t want people with mild symptoms going to hospitals, but they still wanted them to get tested so they could half ass contact tracing.
But the initial post was a tweet claiming new cases are 99.7% . I'd like to see a source on that 99.7.
But I was told by the inventor of mRNA vaccines, Dr. Robert Malone, that young people didn’t need to be vaccinated…
It's clearly made. That statistic would defy all the trial data to date. The vaccine are great, wonderful, amazing. But they aren't that good.
If I see one more person on the internet claiming he invented mRNA vaccines, I'm going to scream. (I get your sarcasm, but that claim is so spurious and ubiquitous...gah!).
From what I understand, Malone’s claim is the equivalent of the copyright trolls that filed a patent application for a “cart” in which users of the internet can store items they wish to purchase from retailers back in the day and have spent the last 20 years suing small internet retailers for copyright infringement. Malone wrote one of the early papers on using mRNA in vaccines, but hasn’t had much involvement in the actual development of mRNA vaccines.
Thats an interesting analogy. I haven't heard that one. In short, Malones involvement as the "inventor" is complete garbage in my opinion. And, entirely self proclaimed I might add. It's like saying I worked at the company that created (insert random item) therefore I created it. His involvement was fringe at best and nothing notably ground breaking. Hes no more an mRNA vaccine expert than dozens of other researchers.
There has been some criticism of the ad here in Australia as well, along with the other ad that hit the airwaves yesterday which basically showed a montage of arms with band aides on them with the slogan "arm yourself". Criticism of the graphic add is mainly because people in the age group of the actor in the ad aren't eligible for vaccines yet as we don't have enough of them, and the second one mainly because the slogan "now its time to arm yourself" sounds a lot like "now its time to harm yourself" in an Australian accent.
yup. It was mentioned on Dutch tv too, when the issue of exploding Delta infections came about in the Netherlands.
The original ad was even more controversial.. "Dying from Covid-19 mate? May as well crack a tinnie and throw a prawn on the barbie."
IL's numbers have started their Delta wave, driven by case numbers in the areas that border Missouri. Really they are up everywhere, just moreso in downstate and Forgottonia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forgottonia
Let the experiment next level commence. English government confirms a full re opening will move forward on July 19. What's the bet on day case count peak? 75k? What about daily hospitalizations?
I'm really interested to watch what happens in Canada. Here in BC, our 7 day average is at a really really low point. About 45 new cases a day. And, we're at 80% 1 dose and about 45% second dose (could be 50% after today's press release later) for vaccine. Thats 12 and older. We're not at full opening yet, but we're very close now. Maybe 80% of normal.
That became my home state after the secession! I had beers in college with the "Governor" of Forgottonia, Neal Gamm. Great guy, died in 2012 or so at the age of 65. Viet Nam, unsurprisingly, really screwed him up.
Over a year into the pandemic and had my first covid test today after developing some mild symptoms. I'm sure I'll be fine. Can someone remind me, did they insert the chip when I had my first vaccine shot or was it when they shoved the bud up my nose.
You know why they stick the bud up your nose? Federal DNA Database Then the electro-magnetic chip can track you whenever you blow your nose.
