We all shouldn`t foget that we see all this promotion-tickets only because we got the workaround with the event list. A normal customer going to the ticketshop will only see the "free" general sale tickets and "his" promotions.
Pleased to see UEFA are sticking to their own published process!? No surprise there though given their previous! Still clearly says they will give you 24 hours notice in the revised FAQ!
It’s complicated, and depends where and what? UEFA and FIFA have taken action but it only applies in the countries where they do so, like France in 2016. I’m guessing these are on viagogo.com as it’s technically illegal to resell tickets to a football match in the U.K. without permission of the organiser, so they should not have UK tickets on the .co.uk website.
Shouldn't be a problem. I got tickets for the first Amsterdam game and only realized later that my old passport number (which was saved in my UEFA account) had been filled in for the first ticket. But once you receive the tickets in the app you can still change the details, including name and passport number.
Does anyone still have a 'personal offer' for Netherlands vs Ukraine? If so did anyone manage to clinch anything via such personal offer?
No, I got the Netherlands-Ukraine tickets on the default UEFA ticketing portal on Friday 4 June, having been warned by email of the priority sale for those whose tickets had been cancelled earlier. Edit: maybe this ended up being possible because it was in fact a Personal Offer for my UEFA account, but what I mean is that I didn't buy the two tickets I ended up getting by clicking on a match in that event view labelled as a "Personal Offer". I didn't even know about that other events page with the "Personal Offer" match view until a few days later. Since then I've also seen the other two Amsterdam group games as Personal Offers, but there never seems to be availability for those. Whenever I tried to add tickets, I was limited to 1 ticket in the dropdowns (whereas for the first group game I could select up to 4 tickets in the dropdown), and in any case none of those tickets could ever be added to my basket. My guess is that they'll still be releasing new tickets for Netherlands-Austria and Netherlands-Macedonia in the coming days. Strangely enough, I also remember seeing England vs Croatia and Russia vs Belgium as a Personal Offer for me at some stage. Seems a little buggy..
