Hazard is the king of training montages. Gotto give the man credit. Despite a terrible Madrid career, he is able to keep relevance by having a good PR campaign lol

Yes I did, I mean what excuse are they going to come up with to cover his performance.

 

We must have watched different games then because he played well for the most part, could have taken more risks at times but overall good showing, no excuses needed.

Leaving aside the frustration with his not taking his fitness seriously etc., for me it is quite clear that we as a team are much more likely to score with Hazard on the pitch as opposed to Vini, Rodrygo, or Asensio.

So really hoping for him to get the start and take advantage of it in midweek.

Of course of 1 highlight everyone thinks it's a good game, the expectations have dropped so low. Hazard can do so much more, I think he would of have linked better if Modric/Kroos were playing.

Funny how Asensio stuffed up that pass from Hazard, Zidane was fuming on the sideline.

 

He was very involved in the first half. Had that shot which GK saved, another good take on but shot was off, header to Benz from Odri cross etc. Of course he can do so much more, but it was a good performance given he's been out for so long.

 

Hazard's quality is so evident. He adds an extra-gear to our offense...it's so clear to see. Things suddenly speed up in the final third when ball gets to him.

Happy to see him looking fitter. We're going to really need him for the run in.
