    Anyone else have issues?

I did not see any credit that could be applied to the sale last time nor today.

Also today I could not pick any seats. Could only pick 'best seats' in colored sections. So could be sitting anywhere in the stadium...

Also not too happy that they make you buy a parking pass.

Had issues as well and also thought I had to do best available at first. Realized the issue was a VERY slow website. Took a long time for pages to load but I eventually got seats in a reasonable spot.

There was a section that defaulted to pay now or you could change to apply season ticket credit. Not clear but it was there.

Had to buy parking pass with the 2 game pack but it didn't make me do it this time.

After looking at the hassles some other teams' season ticket holders had with Ticketmaster I think I'd rather stick with the way the Union is doing it.

Hope you got some decent seats Ruud

Good some seats on the other side of the stadium but near center line in 125 so I guess ok. Never sat there in the ten years, except when I was in a box.

Turns out the credit was applied after checking out. My credit card was not charged... The ticket rep was surprised as well and can't explain it. He said I should have refreshed my screen to show actual available seats but time was of an essence and I did not want to do that when I was purchasing. Hopefully after May we can get into our own seats! This is getting ridiculous.

The link from the email sent me to some waiting page but when I just went directly to the site and logged in I got in with no issue other than it was slower than a Maidana breakaway.

I couldn't go on when they became available today. I tried tonight but didn't want to not be in TRE. So I opted out again, which sucks because I could actually attend most of the games. really wanted to go the CCL game on my BDay too. Oh well.

That is some classic smack right there. Someone needs to start a thread of these.

I was not able to get tickets either time. First it was technical issues second I got on late. Too bad I will miss the CCL leg. Looking forward to getting back in my regular seats.

Reviving this thread ahead of the return to full capacity...

Despite the promise of an email from my ticket rep with instructions for the new e-tickets, nothing has hit my inbox.

Does anyone know where you have to go to download the mobile tickets?

You have to go to your account and first sign and submit the Covid Waiver, then you can access your tickets. You'll need to sign into your account on your phone, and then add them to your wallet.

Check your spam folder in your email, that's usually where all my Union emails end up.

The email for the tickets comes from union@paciolan.com and not the philadelphiaunion.com domain so it is easy to miss if it goes to spam and you also get hundreds of spam messages a day like me.

I any case you should be able to get the tickets if you log onto your account thru your phone browser.

So thankful there are a few of us keeping this small community alive.

I was ready to make a "that's so Union" post - no email fro the ticket rep re: the process, couldn't connect the STM server last night or this morning so I couldn't get to the waiver...

The sales office is busy fielding calls today. TJ was great and walked me through the process and gave me steep discount on VIP parking. Maybe the front office has turned a corner too.

Looking forward to smelling the grass and hearing roar of the crowd again. C'mon the U!
