2020's biggest hit show is back! After sweeping awards season, winning many accolades and national praise, our band of loveable heroes are here for an all new season!! Old favorites are back, with some fresh faces sure to find their way into your hearts. What adventures await our Crew? Only time will tell!!!
Their form isn't of much interest to me. But let's just say, we seem to be just a hair shy of mid season form ourselves. In part because we've missed so many players due to various international call-ups; we have a lot of new players who need to learn the statement; and, frankly, we just haven't played many games. The assumption must be, hey, it'll all come together on the 8th, right? As is always the case in games like this, especially on turf, I just want to avoid injuries.
Their last five matches: two wins, two draws and a loss. They're fourth in the standings and have played 12 league matches so far.
Can someone explain to me soccer odds? https://www.sportytrader.com/en/odds/real-esteli-columbus-crew-4590166/ It has: Real Esteli at 5.5 Draw at 3.94 Columbus at 1.61 If I'm reading it right Crew are heavy favorites?
A scoring 1 goal loss with no injuries is about the baseline for a good trip in my mind. Coming home needing a 1-0 result sets us up pretty well. Advancing with some improved fitness and a fully healthy team is the only thing needed. It doesn't have to be pretty.
Soccer wagering can be very confusing because odds are posted 3 different ways: American, British and European. The ones you quoted are in the European format. Basically, as has been noted, you multiply the odds times 100 (the are bet) and that's the payout if you win. British format is posted in fractions: 4/12, 6/1, 10/4 for example, home team odds first, then draw then away. The first number is what you'll win and the second is the amount you'll have to bet to win it, so 4/12 means you bet 12 to win 4 (plus your bet of course). You don't see British odds over here but a lot of people bet online with Will Hill or one of those and that's how they offer it. American odds.are.the easy ones. It shows what you'll win on 100 bucks unless the number is posted as a negative which means that's how much you have to wager to win 100. And yes, the odds heavily favor the Crew
Here's an example using American odds: Fanduel just posted MLS week one odds. Columbus. - 110 Draw. + 260 Philadelphia +250 So to bet on Columbus, you have to lay down $110 and if they win you win $100. To bet on Philadelphia, you bet $100 and if you they win you get $250.
I just realized that there's a CBJ game that night as well. Even better news, because this means I have an excuse to ignore those f***ers.
The spreadsheet is still up, although it hasn't been updated to account for 2019 or 2020. Mayhap I could resolve that. Oh... and go Crew.
The CBJ forgot that yesterday was Resurrection Day aka Easter Sunday. They decided to continue dead until next year.
