Bliss....a question Has there been a fortnight in which two dozen goals were scored in last season's Nadeshiko League 1?
Well, I'd say there surely has been, if you consider that this season there were single match-days when about 20 goals were scored (and I am not just considering the one when the famous 10-1 win by Beleza over Cerezo happened). For instance, we had the following number of goals on the match-days between the middle of August and the beginning of September: 5th matchday: 18 goals 6th matchday: 19 goals 7th matchday: 20 goals 8th matchday: 19 goals Take whichever couple of match-days from here and I guess you have your answer. Not sure if these are the records: if you want I can check out, but I can't do it right now. Or maybe did you mean *exactly* two dozens, i.e, 24 goals (for some kind of Imperial metric)? In that case, I should check out also. Edit: also, of course I had to check what a fortnight is.

I really misunderstood it, and was a little disappointed, because I had been thinking Albi needs her ability as a FW.
Sorry, next time I'll make it proper re-sign Those 5 positve tests on Colombia team after arrival in US could've scared JFA
Surprise surprise, Women's Asian Cup in India will happen a year from now. Pretty bold knowing the current climate, if you ask me. https://www.the-afc.com/competition...-afc-women-s-asian-cup-india-2022tm-confirmed
Sad news indeed. I seriously doubt we'll have an Olympic tournament this year, and I wonder when and if we'll get international football again.
Dates for expanded AFC Women’s Asian Cup India 2022™ confirmed 20th Jan - 6th Feb Qualifiers will need to start soon. (EDIT: actually in September) Japan, Australia, China PR and India are seeded other 35 teams will compete in centralised tourney for remaining 8 tickets.

It feels so weird for them to announce this way before any more info about the qualifiers haha, not even the draw! So surreal for us small fry that less than a year from now this big event is already taking place lol.
Chinese Taipei, Vietnam, Thailand, Philipines, Myanmar, Uzbekistan are most likely teams to join those six below. Group A seem best option to advance from (unless Korea DPR again withdraw). Group A India China Group B Australia Korea DPR Group C Japan Korea Rep
Thanks! We just not have to suck gloriously you know haha with no football action for more than a year! It's exciting tho, Thailand are into serious business with hiring Japanese coaches, Vietnam starting training like weeks ago and as for us... rumors are we're getting a European female coach hehe.
Btw guys i saw this on Twitter, i would have loved to read it but it's blocked by a paywall Nicole Momiki interview: 'Women's football has the power to go beyond just sport'
In other news, it looks like, with a quite unexpected move (at least for me), a Japanese woman decided to invest in NWSL. Tennis star Naomi Osaka buys part of the ownership of North Carolina Courage team: https://www.cbssports.com/nwsl/news...s-latest-high-profile-star-to-invest-in-nwsl/ The women who have invested in me growing up made me who I am today, I don’t know where I would be without them. Throughout my career I’ve always received so much love from my fellow female athletes so that’s why I am proud to share that I am now a owner of @TheNCCourage ⚽️❤️ pic.twitter.com/Iz0YcVvOqz— NaomiOsaka大坂なおみ (@naomiosaka) January 28, 2021
