That was a fail on his part.... he got the ball stuck under his feet or else the return pass would have been elementary. His form fluctuates a lot but that is to be expected for an 18-year-old in La Liga.

Musah on in the 87th minute for Guedes, I guess as the left midfielder in their 4-4-2.

 

Wass started in Musah's normal position and scored the solo game-winner... Yunas is only 18 so I expect him to have ups and downs in La Liga... I really wish the coach would try him in the center of the pitch instead of always on the wings.

 

Yeah, it's as if he's blinded but the awesome speed and what it can do on the wings - but I swear Musah's best life will be as a midfielder in a 4-3-3 using that speed to cover tons of ground instead of trying to burn people wide. He looked noticeably better for the US than Valencia, and I don't think it was only the level of competition.

It's a highlight real but dude is aggressive with the ball, looks to go forward, and not afraid to take on defenders.

 

After a hot start to the season Musah cooled down a bit but I think he is starting to play w/ confidence again. I expect these ups and downs given his age and level of competition. I thought it was a good sub appearance.

 

That guy loves his right foot.. wowzers..
