The angle from in front of the goal is great but I can't find it on Twitter. He gets some ridiculous bend on it.

Mount is playing well these days but I’m not sure he will be a definite starter for Chelsea when everyone is back fit and healthy .. wasn’t Pulsic player of the year last time and Havertz will presumably start alongside Ziyech , Werner and Kante . Even Kovačić is in contention .

That’s why Barkley jumped ship ..

As long as Lampard's there, Mount will start most games. He played the second most minutes for them last season and this season is fourth.

He's also probably been their best central midfielder the past couple of months too anyway.

Mount is great, he would work so well with Foden and another holder in a midfield 3 i reckon.. he has so much energy and his passing has improved

Maybe this is a strange place to put this given our history with him but R.I.P Diego Maradona the real goat.

To be fair he's not really playing in midfield most of the time.

Kalvin Phillips is so good , he’s the player we need , sitting in midfield, excellent against Everton so far, and getting better and better as season goes on.

    I’d agree ... I’d take him and Henderson ..
Ditch Rice .. but we know he’ll take all three at the expense of one of Grealish / Foden / Mount/ Maddison

John Stones has started the last two Man City games. Two clean sheets.
