nothing official but this might be good enough Getting set for City 👊#THFC ⚪️ #COYS pic.twitter.com/GAffb0yy7y— Tottenham Hotspur (@SpursOfficial) November 19, 2020
In order to practice and be in the training ground he had to be tested negative for covid. So seeing him train means he’s all good. But considering covid symptoms can take a week to show he still might become positive in a couple of days, but fingers crossed that’s not the case

he almost got an assist to Kane but the goal was disallowed for offside. he should've taken a shot extended clip of his goal with replay: https://streamable.com/vfnl7f great pass from tanguy
City equalizes at 27', they've had more chances but VAR is taking a look 1-1 edit: Yup, goal disallowed for handball, Spurs are still up 1-0
Honestly a pretty solid half full of good moments for both teams. SHM had the assist to Kane canceled, Kane could've had another assist to Son but didn't pass fast enough. Bergwijn looks lively but I think Lucas/Bale get subbed on for him. Defensively we're sitting back but City is knocking at the door, maybe Mou elects for more defensive subs--also Aurier/Reguilon are both playing fantastic at the moment, not getting fooled by any of the wingers Hope the yellow for time wasting doesn't work against Sissoko though, he's been immense as well in cutting off balls and using his physicality.
this lineup is what i've been wanting to see- no lamela and moura wasting time on the ball; no winks to make routine mistakes. the defense has really played well with aurier, dier, and sissoko playing well positionally and well disciplined, not taking foolish chances and keeping their shape to absorb city's relentless pressure and not bailing them out with their usual tendencies
For Son's goal, Kane's gravity pulled the defenders away for Son to go unchecked--Son's run on Lo Celso's goal pulled off defenders and let Lo Celso go unmarked, super unselfish play from the team today. Best defensive performance I've seen from Spurs in over a year+. Defensive shape was phenomenal and they made City work. 22 chances on goal compared to 4 and they still kept a clean sheet, huge game against Chelsea coming up
I bet Kane also looked off the defenders, like how a QB fakes out safeties by looking one way before throwing it to the other side. City would've been panicked about Son anyway, then Kane makes them quake even more by eyeing Son like a Thanksgiving meal, before sliding it over to Lo Celso whom they didn't even know was there.
the disallowed kane goal featured one of the best spurs attacking sequences i've seen https://streamable.com/u15son
