England-based trio James Rodríguez, Jefferson Lerma and Davinson Sánchez rumoured to be the ones at the centre of a punch-up in the Colombia changing room after the Uruguay game in Barranquilla, according to @LaLuciernaga.https://t.co/VwMuJFVlO5— Carl Worswick (@cworswick) November 19, 2020
Now Muriel is in the mix. https://comutricolor.com/en-los-med...ondio-a-james-rodriguez-por-negar-agresiones/
But they hated Pekerman's blockade, so they're fine with an inept coach as long as they can keep dropping "News"
they should also release a statement apologizing for those horrible games. No effort, no hustle.. nothing.. cold as hell those boys.
a friend of mine gave me a heads up. A name being thrown around is America's Miguel Herrera. He's controversial, has some international experience. What do you all think? https://www.mediotiempo.com/futbol/miguel-herrera-suena-dirigir-seleccion-colombia
One set of rumors say Lerma and Davinson and James.. Other's Say Cuadrado and James and Javier Bonnet says it s Muriel and James Sounds like nothing happened
Hmm. I think he did well with Mexico but he is very temperamental. Don't know how it would go with our players and media
First it was James getting grabbed by the collar by Cuadrado.. Then it was Lerma and Davinson and now Muriel?! Bro nothing happened.. At best maybe someone yelled.. And the Federación have no money. . Caracol is their only source of income for the next 4 years and the contract is 35 million US dollars... They can't afford a high priced coach and there's no candidate they met and said they're keeping Quieroz because they can't afford to pay him back for firing him and by someone else as much as he gets
That's what Velez is reporting. We have to wait and see as we know Velez is the biggest clown of them all
Seems like It was a battle royal. I doubt anyone has the strength to get Cardona (Colombia’s version of YokoZuna) over the top rope I couldn’t resist
It's wild these people have an audience. The guy from Caracol alleging that he had receipts use interesting because he is the face of the official broadcaster...
Herrera is a great coach with a ton of integrity. I remember watching him coaching Monterey when Rodallega was there...but that was long before he coached Mexico but already you could see he earned the teams respect and was ballsy. I am not sure on tactics but he seems like a big time locker room guy. I doubt he would deal with our media or the fcf.
He is not a r real umour....mexicans mentions names just to feeel they are relevant in football....when nederland eliminated mexico, after mexico scored he decided to just defend...
Dude...even without Covid going on it'd be impossible to play 4 friendlies between now and March. There are no scheduled Fifa dates; you can't expect a single foreign club to loan players in the middle of this chaos. On the other hand, he should've been doing micro ciclos since the start. Especially since the dude isn't living in Colombia and can't watch any games on the internet...
And...he apparently wants the job? https://amp.mediotiempo.com/futbol/liga-mx/miguel-herrera-acepto-gustaria-dirigir-seleccion-colombia I also saw a story that Yepes is trying to lure Gallardo. I'd be delighted with either of those dudes.
Diego Maradona has just passed away. It's quite a loss and he was quite the admirer for us and our national team especially defending us each time we were knocked out in the last 2 world cups. Despite the eyebrow raising stuff that he did, no one can ever take away from what talents he had and what he brought to the game....
