He needs to be more consistent.

Will be interested to see if the Scots try to call him up.

I agree. He's the best all-around striker in the world.

It worked for England in 2018, but now we have the talent to go beyond that and win a trophy in a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1. I'm frightened of how Southgate implemented the 3-5-2 against Denmark.

All round. No doubt haaland has great ability and is a star. But kane has the ability to feed other players. The only thing he lacks is pace. Lewondovski is a fantastic goal poacher is definitely ahead of kane in the aspect but he doesn't have kane's all round ability

Yes he does. You are going overboard after one game

what did he do in the first league game? Leeandowski dominated every competition last season

Gomez could be on the ench a lot this season. Klopp could play Fabinho at CB and Thiago as the pivot.

Lewandowski is in a different league to Kane at the moment. Four assists against a comical Southampton back line doesn't change that. I still think the mobility he had is not there at the moment, and I'm not convinced it's ever coming back.

You can't compare the Bundesliga to the English game. It's a one team league where Munich have finished first or second in over 40 seasons. They have 29 league titles compared to 5 for Dortmund.

    Mickey mouse.

If Lewondidski is that good why hasn't he come to England?

Ever coming back from where? he's got 2 goals and 4 assists in 3 club games this season, and 7 in 9 in the Premier League post Lockdown last season, after the worst injury he's ever suffered.

I agree Lewandowski is better than Kane, but he's not different league (unless you think he's in a different league to all other 9's in world football). You have to factor in the Lewandowski is surrounded by much better players at Bayern than Kane is at Spurs. Kane's England record is superiors to Lewandowski at Poland, where the opposite is true.

Lewandowski is clearly the best forward in the world. Never said otherwise but kane is the best all round forward

Agree its very good, but not as good as good as Kanes (In terms of goals at major tournaments), and in terms of goals per game 0.54 to Kane's 0.66.

My point was to show, if you play with better players around you tend to score more goals. I think Lewandowski is a better Striker, but didnt agree with the assertion he was in a different league.

Obviously because he is not good enough for the mighty United or Arsenal.
    What a stupid comment.

Kane's stats would be crazy if he was Bayern's striker. They are significantly better than the other sides in their league and loads of German sides play Kamakzie football. Even a relegated side like Paderboom were still playing a high line when Dortmund were beating them 6-0 last season.
