https://www.voetbalbelgie.be/voetbalnieuws/stvver-lee-haalt-uit-naar-brys/2020/08/14/ LSW's interview where according to google translate, felt like the previous manager Marc Brys was trying to "crack him." Seems to like the current manager Kevin Muscat a whole lot more. Also worth noting that he did sub in 2nd half for their first game of the season a few days ago and seemed to have an impact. Rebound off his shot led to winning goal. Interesting to see what happens with him this season
Sucks.. They had a red card situation, and that probably had something to do with it. He did play in their friendly today for what it's worth. I guess we'll see whether he's in for the next one.
🐥⚽ Starting Xl!Deze 11 Kanaries nemen het dadelijk op tegen de Kustboys van @kvoostende.Hoe volg jij de wedstrijd?#STVV #CanaryForever #JPL #STVKVO pic.twitter.com/GcBEQFrqxj— STVV (@stvv) August 24, 2020 Lee gets his much deserved start. The new Japanese signing is not on the squad, either not good enough and dropped out of the squad or picked up an injury. So it might be a possible spot start for Lee so he needs to impress to leave a positive impression on the manager
Some idiot got a straight red in the first half, so that may have forced the manager to change tactics and withdraw Lee.
Yup, he had a good game yesterday. Probably the best player for STVV in the first half along with Matsubara. Picked up a few free kicks in nice areas, and I thought he should have had a penalty, which the referee decided was a dive. But it was clear that after the red card he had to be subbed off... every time STVV was defending Lee was always slow to track back and which was a big contrast to Colidio, who was much less impressive but is always tracking back. And when you are playing with 10 men, it's clear who would be subbed out. Muscat in the post-match interview said that he thought Lee was the most dangerous player, but he had to be subbed off since he had a yellow card and does not have it in his legs to play 90 mins. I reckon Muscat has a bit of a conundrum here... Lee is definitely a better player than Nakamura in attack, but is not a player who can play 90 mins... whereas Nakamura will contribute more defensively. But going by the past couple of games, Matsubara has been rock solid as a LB, I think STVV should take a more adventurous option given that Colidio on the other side will not to sh*t.
Depends on where you are, and what you want: On elevensport.be, you can watch all Belgian Pro League matches (you need vpn outside Europe, and obvs its paid subscription). If you're only interested in STVV games (obvs), you can watch them on SPOTV... as an added bonus you get Korean commentary on them (you need vpn outside Korea, and also you need to pay to subscribe). It's a good website to sign up for if you want to follow KPAs in Europe with Korean commentary... but be warned, the quality of commentary is pretty sh*t but high in 국뽕 content, so it's still entertaining. If your question was where to watch them for free, drop me a PM and i'll send you the link for the Korean commentary.
if you do registration you can catch most of games where KPAs are playing. they ask for "sk registration number" n such but you can make one up...it's been great http://gak-tv.com/
I don't think you are allowed to post links for illegal streaming sites on the thread, but I guess the mods are pretty inactive anyway.

STVV draws with Eupen 1-1 despite Eupen playing with 10 men for most of the game. Positives, Lee played full 90 mins and initiated the play that ended up with Suzuki getting a penalty (Lee passes to Ito, who passes to Suzuki and gets a penalty). But definitely less impressive than the last match. Occasionally shows off some good skills when on the ball, but struggled to get involved in the game. The main difference is that in the previous game, his teammates were actively trying to work off him and was picking him out, whereas today, with numerical advantage, they weren't doing that, and Lee is not very good at playing the support role. In any case, the whole team was pretty sh*t today, and the good news is that Lee is now starting regularly at STVV.
A brace for Lee already. Capitalises on horrific defending from Royal Antwerp. STVV 2 - 1 Royal Antwerp now.
If any K-league defenders want to play in Europe, you have a good shot being a starter at STVV. Defense is so leaky... btw what does #18 contribute. Guy offers nothing as a winger offensively.
Great game from Lee. All the opportunities were basically created by him. But the team still lost, which is worrying. Not much. Colidio is there because there’s no better alternative. They could play Lee on the right and Ito on the left, but then there will be no physical players in attack apart from Suzuki. Disappointing that STVV lost today. Antwerp has one of the worst defence in Belgium.
Lee laid off a perfectly weighted pass for a teammate who kinda choked the chance off a counter which would've broken the 2-2 tie. @zdrstvte Did you see how Sint Truiden got their red? I missed what happened but heard it was something stupid.
