I’m not sure I understand your question. They only have be at the Hudson Sports Complex on game days. They can practice in the city.
I'm not sure why it matters, though? They're only playing there because they literally cannot have anyone come to the games anyway. Besides, each team in the east only plays 2 home games, anyway: https://www.nisasoccer.com/full-schedule (Unlike the Roots, who have no home games)
The facility in Warwick [a wealthy NYC suburb] is owned by former Leicester City player Christian Fuchs and his wife. Considering the short time frame that NA and the Cosmos had to turn up a place for the Independent Cup matches the facility was fine. I have no idea why anyone would complain during a time of Pandemic Virus with attendance prohibited by the State of New York about the lack of proximity to Newburgh. Obviously NA is only there temporarily. I was impressed with approach to young players and their development that NA has. They have several teenagers in the squad and played them against the Cosmos. Wynalda has an opportunity to develop players here and maybe a club as well.
It's the players I was wondering about, not fans. I'm assuming they're part-time. Where do they live and train?
In NYC. 1280306957975502848 is not a valid tweet id I don't understand what you're not getting here. They are playing 2 games (well, 3, since the Independent Cup game had to be moved there) in Warwick. They can take the team there by bus. They don't need to train there.
Well...that didn't last very long at all...lol https://www.frontrowsoccer.com/2020...-coach-new-amsterdam-due-to-personal-reasons/

Sembroni always seemed like a good guy and a good fit for team; an experienced player from Italy with a positive personality extending the last years of his career in NY. Who knew he could be so evil? And to do so against a young New Amsterdam player? Mindlessly dumb. He has to go, permanently.
I have a theory about that, It seems the owner of the team subs himself in every game at HT. Waldo was probably "I'm not doing that" and off he went. The owner was an U18 RBNY Youth Keeper who is now 50 pounds over weight and to put it nicely not good. NACNY just lost to an amateur team 7-1, The other team scored 6 goals in the 2nd half, the team not surprisingly has not mentioned any subs in the game and quit posting score updates after the 3rd goal. If this continues I don't see them lasting for very long, fans will have zero interest in supporting a team that purposefully "throws" every game by subbing in a sub par player in at GK. Also I can't see many players putting up with this as well, can you imagine building up a 3 goal lead to have your owner insist on coming in and blowing the game? It has to be demoralizing.
I like how the team is branded as "The People's Movement" Must've missed the memo subbing the owner as a GK as a people decision.
Sembroni has been suspended the rest of the year and it seems like the Cosmos will be releasing him as soon as they can. pic.twitter.com/wOopJx7m4x— NISA Official (@NISALeague) August 24, 2020 Club statement regarding Emmanuele Sembroni: pic.twitter.com/ybizTikcDJ— New York Cosmos (@NYCosmos) August 24, 2020

Peter Wilt is back in NISA, in any capacity, is great news! Wilt will be involved with new Chicago team set begin in the Fall 2021 season.
