No they're not, just focusing on the Beta for the time being apparently...

Really? It's only for Asia/US? :( I guess the Betas are good boot but I think I'd rather go for the regulars :/

Yeah, apparently for right now. Not sure what they will do in future. I think its to avoid overflowing the market with product and to make sure the Beta has good sell through.

I have no idea but that looks fresh Shame that it doesn't fit the kit my team uses, but somehow I really like that colorway.

I don't know either. Maybe next month since that was the original release date in SE Asia...

Is the outsole the only difference here?

I still find it hard to distinguish the changes Mizuno makes to their TF models, like what are the differences between high-end and low-end, naming conventions and so on?

From what I have found yes the only difference in these 2 models is the outsole, both made in Indonesia, the second with the all white sole is the Japan market model and the first is the rest of world..

Great Read, high praise there. Still waiting on my pair.

Unfortunately the biggest size they produced the Q1GB200125 in is 28.5, the P1GD201425 they look like they produced up to 29, and you may find some in China. That being said if you go for a 28.5, Q1GB200125 will be a better choice, due to the toe cap on the P1GD201425. I have tried both in different colourways. I normally wear 27.5 in Mizuno and I wear 27 in Q1GB200125, but cant fit in a 27 in P1GD201425.

I don't wanna risk with the 28.5, I have tried the Made in Japan Morelia TF and the Morelia UL in 28.5 and they was too tight for me..

Are we really talking about a half size down... again? I've worn the Neos since they were introduced, and have ordered the same size in the MII and the MIJ. The MIJ have always felt significantly smaller but after a few wears the leather stretches and they're fine. I'm barely cramming my feet into MIJ Neo 2s, and the 2 Beta, which I have a once worn pair of so I don't really need to be buying new boots but I like buying new boots. I'm enamored with the new tongue on the Neo 3 because the one complaint I've always had about the Neo is that the tongue sucks. It folds under in the forefoot and it's a pain to try and dig down there on a tight fitting boot to straighten it out.

For me, the Beta 3s in 8.5 fit almost identically to the Neo 2s in 9. If anything, the Betas have a little more room in the toe box, even though they’re a half size smaller.

Agreed. I had to go down to a 25.5 (used to be 26cm in mizuno). Toe box is now roomier (taller). Beta 3s feel amazing on feet, hated the neo tongue and they fixed everything I didn't like about the neos.

Yeah, the taller toebox means you do need to go half a size down.

I bought a pair of Beta 3s in both a 9 and 9.5 US. For reference my true to size measurement is 9.5. I went with the 9s. I definitely needed to go 1/2 size down. They fit perfectly. They really are beautiful boots -- I feel barefoot in them, running and turning so freely, and the feeling when touching and striking the ball is perfect... I'm eyeing up the Wave Cups and the Rebula Cups. Are people going down a 1/2 size for these as well? For reference my Morelia 2s (not the new ones) fit me perfectly in a 9.5... Mizuno is really on fire. I just saw the SR4U review for the Rebula Cups, and I'm pretty excited. I really like the Rebula 3s but found them a bit too structured. I think I'll enjoy the changes they've made. If I have to choose between the two Rebula Cup and Wave Cup what do you guys recommend?

Yeah half size down for everything Mizuno from now on. They switched the lasts for their boot making and every boot uses the same last now so sizing is more consistent
