Sometimes even when I coach, I’ve Politely asked some of the players parents to not attend matches to relieve performance anxiety from certain players. It often helps. A large part of the game is mental.

as a coach I see myself as the boss of the team. Players with controlling parents don’t tend to last long on my squads. I Can tell you’ve never coached and you do not understand performance anxiety and mental challenges young players can endure. It's not good to mix talent and personal ambitions. Example, Joao Mario, talented, but he doesn't care for ambitions. Just like Sanches. Felix has club ambitions which are accented. Few missed training sessions without relevant excuses and you are history on some high level. We see such lacks of ambition: Payet, Alen Halilovic, Vardy, Gotze, Joao Mario, Balotelli, Benzema (NT)...
