He apparently joined in March which would help to explain his absence.

doesn't the transfer period close in January? Why would he join a U19 in March when he can't play and isn't eligible the following season.

and he joined around Corona period?

Don't have much to add about Bedoshvili except that his T'Markt photo has a stamp/credit from a German-focused agency, suggesting ... well, something I guess. (They also seem to represent Marcel Costly.) I think he would've graduated HS in 2019.

Are they confused by those Georgias?

T'Markt says an '00 who joined JK Welco in Estonia earlier this year was born in California.

    https://www.transfermarkt.de/thomas-tolgu/profil/spieler/748907

He does appear to be with the club.

    Scored recently:

    From Washington State:

Various links indicate ODP participation. I don't really have any reason to doubt T'Markt which when it includes a specific birthplace is often correct. But since I couldn't quickly confirm it, I posted it here for now.

Transfermarkt says Yusupha Touray, an 07, with Lausanne Sport's youth teams is Swiss-American. I could not find any info on him on the Lausanne Sport website.

Someone over on Reddit says that Matteo Ramos, an 04, is with CD Leganes and is Filipino-American. His DA Profile lists USA as his nationality. I could not find him on the Leganes website.

It's rare that I don't consider a club site an authority but this case seemed a bit confusing.

IL Hodd (Norway) says its '96 Ramzi Toure is American:

    http://www.hodd.no/lag/ramzi-toure

Of course, it's certainly possible. But he was evidently born in Norway and seems to have only lived here while a college student at Tampa. He also has spent some time with Togo's YNTs, and lived there.

I couldn't find any clear discussion of further links to the U.S.

and his journeyman continues, lol, going to RL. They only mention he's German-Ghanian.
“Jonathan is a player with huge potential. He is characterized by his very fine passing and very skillful duel behavior. This is also due to the fact that he has been physically very far for his 19 years. We are very happy that he made his decision for the SVL despite many other options, ”said sports director Dirk Brökelmann about the Lippstadt signing.

Kyeremateng, who is deployed as a midfielder or in the defensive area, has signed a contract with SV Lippstadt 08 until 2021 and will appear with shirt number 8.

I'll be honest -- I was thinking more May Mackenzie, but your reference is just as good.

For those of you who think getting excited about players based on bad online information is a victimless crime -- think again!

But most recently, just last Tuesday, July 7, the association revealed that DR Congo-born defender Marcel Kalonda, who plays for Zambian champions Zesco United, is ineligible to play for Malaysia. The 22-year old and his supposed Malaysian heritage had earlier been identified by a fan through the game Football Manager, but FAM earlier this week denied his ancestry claims and even insinuated that the documents submitted by the player are not legitimate.

Which reminds me, isn't it high time that one of you FM enthusiasts sent us/me a new list of possible players to check out?

01 Clinton Emmanuel Williams now moving to 5th division from RW Essen U19.

TM lists him as German-Nigerian and he's a 1.96m tall CF.

    still missing that American confirmation.

TeBe got promotion to RL and he's confirmed as part of 1st team.

he moved to new club who were in 1st place so he'll play RL next season.

well some double OL to RL upgrades.

I'm not sure exactly who manages/produces this site, but it appears to be a database of players in Estonia, which, you guessed it, can via Google be used to boost the ranks of YAs, because what else matters? Just search on:

I should probably note that this seems to be a site with a pretty broad mandate, such that it lists players who are very, very young.

He did make it to Northwestern and joined the team though it doesn't look like he was on it last season. He may have only played one season there.

I recall 2 players being mentioned here,
-04 Miles Kappler at Schalke.....doesn't seem to be at Schalke anymore.
-05 Dayo Salzmann at Hertha Berlin......doesn't seem to be at Hertha anymore

As 04s Kappler is not in the official Schalke U17 squad for next season. And Salzmann was nowhere in Hertha's squad in past seasons.

believe there are a bunch of others who I can't recall their names who seem to have disappeared from the scene.

no idea where they went or if they still play. That's always the thing about discovering guys when they are like 10-15 years old, no guarantee they make it forget pros even in youth levels.

    I would think Schalke knows the truth hence he's a 06 not a 04.

How can we be expected to trust Schalke with our children if they can't be bothered to answer DMN promptly?
