He made us suffer the wet paper bag Gago (The Walmart Redondo) for a whole year. Enough for any sane club to tell him to fcuk off for good but this is Roma so he has a home for life.
United are said to have dropped their asking price for Smalling to 18 million. It’s sad because even that I can’t see us paying right now.
There was a rumor earlier that management isn’t happy with his handling of the wages. He’s spending too much money.
I would say that this could be a part of the takeover. Friedkin wants to install his own people and it's easier for Pallotta's crew to take the heat for canning Petrachi; leaves Friedkin a clean slate coming in. However, I doubt that's the case here. Rather, just continued clown management decisions.
I see the angle your coming from. I dont think that's the best approach for a new owner though. Petrachi deserves time to correct past mistakes. If the potential new owners been advised to do that then that's an alarm bell right of the bat.

A Kean-Under swap could be tempting. Under is definitely worth more now, but I do think we might get more from Kean at this point with Under's injury record. What seems more likely though is selling Under for whatever we can get in this market and then signing Pedro on loan.

I would say this could be a good time to do what Chelsea did last season, and integrate some of our youth into the team since we can't sign anyone. But unfortunately we've used up some of our better ones as bargaining chips in other deals But anyway Riccardi and Antonucci should be in the first team next season. Coric probably as well.
