The article says that Montreal is one of six teams still not permitted to conduct even limited outdoor individual training sessions.

Which is really stupid but that aside does anyone know who the other five are?

Surely Bale and his agent do not truly believe the dude is worth that much. I wouldn't pay him half his current wage rate!

Oh, and f*** any merger proposal.

Maybe this was talked about in one of the last two day’s of news but I don’t get why they don’t do a regionalized tournament that counts towards regular season with a 4 team playoff with one team from each region with the best record.

Orlando, California, Texas, and some NE state that’s less impacted and open to MLS no fan games.

You’d have a bit less resistance from players. Most if not all games counted towards the regular season, and then maybe some other prize at the end for the winner like prize $ or a CL birth. After the tournament hopefully most states allow games, and the ones that don’t can have home/away games moved around a little.

That's a bunch of patchwork policies. No federal guidelines hurt a unified response.

I remember Jaap Stam with Lazio and then with Milan. He did well with Nesta and Maldini backing him up.

It remains to be seen what he can do with Cincy as they are a new team and he won't have those types of players on defense.

Chicago is one IIRC. I believe it's due to restrictions on the facility at Bridgeview as a sporting venue. The area should advance to "Level 3" of reopening in a week or two, so they'll be in the clear IIRC.

Ironically, my beer league hockey team is in the same boat. We got a message from the league that we could start renting ice time for ten or fewer skaters once Level 3 starts. (the bar at the rink will remain closed but beer delivery to the locker rooms will be allowed... go figure)

All he wants is someplace where he can play golf full time and stop by to kick a ball every now and then.

He's been reading the "retirement league" crap.

In any case, even if he wasn't currently more interested in golf than in soccer, he wouldn't make it six weeks before his first injury.

    No thanks.

And the Hunt article is pathetic. Dan thinks it was so very special that he got to watch his Dad do stuff with his brother.

Yeah, that's what we all remember best about dear old Dad; the fun he had with our brother.

    Dan is such a cuck.

Must be thinking if a mid-30s Zlatan can come over and tear it up, what can he do at 30?

Zlatan didn't break a personal record of 24 lost time injuries at Tottenham with 25 at Madrid.

The guy is a walking injury report. His value is in the toilet.
