looks like Kocak is completely dissatisfied with Ducksch even though he's one of the top scorer and top assister on the team. Been dissatisfied for awhile and looks to drop him. Now that's one demanding coach, lol. Anyways, seems like it could open door for Soto. Although between Teuchert, Weydandt, Guidetti etc no guarantee he even gets off the bench.
of course he wasn't going to make it today. But some suspensions or injuries to other and that could open some door to make the bench. All assuming that Ducksch doesn't get back into good graces. One of the young players they want to give pro contract also CF is currently injured, good chance for the rest of the season.
They put the spank on Nurnberg - getting a few goals and some breathing room. Not helpful for Soto case.
So with Ducksch fallen from grace & Gudra out for the season, our boy has a shot if Guidetti, Maina & Weydandt go away? Sounds legit.
your missing Teuchert, Ochs (very flexible player) and Stehle (Winger who can also be deployed at CF). Ochs/Stehle were Winter Additions and then Teuchert has comeback stronger from his injury in Winter. Also club always does better with Maina than without as he unlocks defenses and he also had injury issues in 1st half of season. The team being played is overall young too and only 2 losses post Winter out of 7 and both were 1-0. Hubers in cb is back from long term injury and he's done well in last 3 games. looks like Zuber has stated that Ducksch was left out due to disciplinary reasons. Which means he could return to the 1st team bench next matchday although Kocak is still unhappy with him. the Soto door seems extremely slim with like 2 months and a half to go.
2 of his teammates, Hubers and Horn tested + for Coronavirus. Alle Spieler der Profimannschaft von #H96 stehen ab heute für 14 Tage aus #Corona-Vorsichtsgründen unter häuslicher Quarantäne. That'd be a great move. The top 5 in Belgium, are BL 1 standard, while the bottom third are 3 Liga/BL 2 relegation fodder level. Plenty of games where he'd be really tested, with plenty where he can expect to score frequently.
If there really are Bundesliga offers on the table, that obviously seems the better choice. You go to Holland with the hope of showing well and getting a Bundesliga offer.
Added to which, Freiburg have been specifically mentioned as having made an offer. They're a development club whose entire model is based on selling players on to the richer sides. Going there means going Dutch, only in BL1.
Came to say this, love that Freiberg is the one reported with a solid offer, also their coach has been there forever, so none of that drama and he is absolutely hilarious in press conferences. I don't think the leagues matter so much in where our young kids go as much as the individual clubs. Ajax, Dortmund, PSV, Southampton, Porto, Sporting, Schalke, Fword, whatever you all know the clubs. I just get annoyed when people just look at the leagues without distinction.
lol. really laughed out loud. Not because I don't want anyone going there myself, but I don't trust some of the rules. The territory rules which kills and holds youth prospects hostage, is a crying shame. There probably is some rule out there that will keep Soto in MLS for 8 years, and bids from Champions league teams will be constantly rejected.
A report that he is undergoing a physical in England, which doesn't make sense unless he scored an EU passport: https://www.liga-zwei.de/hannover-96-sebastian-soto-auf-die-insel/
