Trumpet looks like he had a fresh respray complete with white eyes. It really is a good job he didn’t wear a mask.

it appears he’s backed down and is trying to sound like the reasonable one over State/Fed rights. We have great governors, the best.

Appreciate your concern, but that's just another day at the office for our President.

Trump could go out there, announce that hes consulted Santa Clause on when to re open the country and it would barely crack the top 5 for his most bizarre highlights.

Bill O’Reily showed a human concern when he said of the 20K plus dead.

For those that don't know the NRL is a Rugby League competition that is the most popular winter sport in NSW and Queensland. There are also teams from New Zealand and Melbourne competing. Their plan is to isolate the teams and necessary officials in two separate camps in Sydney, one based around the 2000 Olympic precinct and the other at Penrith in Sydney's west. It's 16 team competition and will initially restart with two conferences of 8 teams each who will play each other once using up to 3 nearby venues without crowds. They are hoping that by the time they get through that they will be able to play across the groups and end up with a regular season of 15 matches where everyone has played each other once (normal season length is 24 matches) and then have playoffs as normal. Not sure if this will come off but at least its a plan. The only sport still going on in the country is racing (horse racing in gallop and harness for and also greyhound racing). There are no crowds at these, only people directly involved.

Long ago, a storm was heading for the city of Quin'lat. Everyone took protection within the walls except one man who remained outside. Kahless went to him and asked what he was doing. "I am not afraid," the man said. "I will not hide my face behind stone and mortar. I will stand before the wind and make it respect me." Kahless honored his choice and went back inside. The next day, the storm came, and the man was killed. Kahless replied, "The wind does not respect a fool".

In insane coronavirus election news, Jill Karofsky defeated the conservative incumbent for the WI supreme court seat

Jill Karofsky, a Dane County Circuit Court judge backed by liberals, has been declared the winner in Wisconsin’s Supreme Court race following more than a week of high drama and chaos over whether the election should go on amid the fallout from the novel coronavirus.

Karofsky as of 6:50 p.m. had 53.33% of the vote, while her opponent, conservative-backed incumbent Justice Daniel Kelly trailed with 46.67% with 57.3% of precincts reporting.

I don't know about 'huge', particularly. We have about 7-800 murders p/a atm, (of ALl types), and the rate has actually gone DOWN in recent years I believe. We're at about the same as most other comparable European countries IIRC.

Based on toddler in chief wetting his pants on live TV because a woman was mean to him, why does anyone think he will do obvious things like make a vaccine available to all Americans for free?

Isn't it a better bet he will only give it to states that voted for him?

We entered it the day of his inauguration, when former Republican President W.H. Bush said of his party member's speech, "This is some weird shit." It only got weirder from there.

Would he veto any legislation that congress passes to pay for the cost of the vaccines and distribute them for free at the point of purchase?

Or you think he would fail to invoke executive power forcing pharmaceutical companies to give out their product for free?

It may depend on who makes the vaccine.

If an American company comes up with it, he will try to overcharge foreign countries for it, and perhaps use PR to shame them into lowering the price for Americans (or to extract a big bribe from them).

If it is a foreign company that comes up with it, he may use the power of the American banking system to try bulling them into lower prices.
