PSG & L'pool come out for the second with the Eye of the Tiger.

BVB & Atletico come out walking, looking down.

Mistake to not put in Gio. Not sure that's really true, but it's a mistake in my mind because I really want to see if he can make a difference.

    No width to BVB's attack.

I don't like standing pat on a losing hand. Make a change at HT, then another, then another - go down swinging.

    Approaching 60' ...

What is Favre doing? He hasn't made a sub yet, and I don't detect a formation change. Agree with the lack of width critique.

I like how they are basically not even defending Hakimi's crosses and just letting him flub the attack.

This is pretty funny. He is considered one of very best fullbacks in the world now.

Brandt on for Hazard, at 69,' and Reyna on a couple of minutes later, for Witsel.

First (single) sub 68 minutes into the game, and offense for offense, when you only only have 3 attackers and are down a goal in the series. Seemingly not going to change the shape.

Guy makes no shortage of head-scratching decisions. Usually they display conservatism, occasionally hyper-aggressivism. Can't find that middle ground.

I hate Favre so much, but I guess his support for Gio makes him worth it.
