Well it's not VAR it's total lack of intrest from FIFA/Confeds till around 2016/17 in getting women refs quality developement programs.
    2 yards onside/offside call (Wang/Foord) that's poor training not a VAR issue. ;)

China were better than I've seen them play for a long time - really tenacious and they should've won it earlier, but missed about 4 good chances in the 2nd half. The finishing (without Wang Shuang) was one problem, and some defensive sloppiness in the final minute.

If they play so well against Korea they'll certainly win the playoff.

Yep- that offside call was atrocious, however based on their finishing during the game, who's to say she would've scored? ;)

Kerr was still struggling with an injury which obviously hindered her game time all tournament, and her mobility.

Re: ideas- The coach is the one to blame for this. From the point they sacked Staj for nothing, and replaced him with Milicic, the end product seems to be slowly disappearing. :(

I noticed that Australian League resumed this week-end: when the AFC Qualifiers' semi-finals are scheduled? :cautious:

I am aware that the coronavirus crisis messed up with the schedule of the tournament, but it's anyway odd that Australian internationals are back to their league before finalizing the qualification process.

The AFC play-offs are scheduled for March 6 & 11. It is TBD if China will actually host their home match or if it will be played elsewhere.
