Call him up to the MNT. No need to even slow play it. Perhaps it would convince him to switch, with the trash current crop of strikers... who knows.

4-3, Balogun in injury time! A lovely chip whilst one-on-one with the goalkeeper. Everyone held their breath while it was in the air.— Dan Critchlow (@afcDW) March 3, 2020
So two more goals for this kid? Probably the slightest of chances he can be lured away... but GB needs to at least try.
🏴/🇺🇸 Folarin Balogun (18) has been amazing for the @Arsenal U23s! 🔥A brace yesterday for the striker helped the young Gunners complete a 4-3 comeback win over Monaco. 🤩 📊 Stats with the U18s & U23s✅ 71 games⚽️ 52 goals🅰️ 12 assists🔝 Youngest top goalscorer in PL2 pic.twitter.com/2vVkK77GRA— Football Wonderkids (@fbwonderkids) March 4, 2020
Next season in the League Cup. For him to be a viable alternative to Aubameyang, Lacazette, Martinelli, or Nketiah. Arsenal isn't exactly desperate for strikers right now. Use Nketiah as an example - this sort of performance for an Arsenal youth striker isn't anything new: 2016-17: 24 goals, 5 assists in 33 matches, all at youth level - Balogun is here right now 2017-18: 12 goals, 2 assists in 13 youth matches - makes first-team debut in the League Cup in October, scores twice - makes 9 other first-team appearances that season, 0 goals 2018-19: 10 goals, 4 assists in 11 youth matches - 1 goal, 0 assists in 9 first-team appearances 2019-20: done with the youth - loaned to Leeds, 3 goals, 1 assist in 17 Championship appearances, 2 goals in 2 League Cup appearances - January return, 3 goals in 6 appearances That's the timeline to follow. So, if you're rooting for Balogun to get significant first-team action next season, hope for Lacazette to be sold in the summer. That would put him third or fourth in the center-forward pecking order, depending on how Aubameyang and Martinelli are used next season. Also, root for Arsenal to qualify for the Europa League, because they love to throw kids out for their group stage matches against outclassed opponents.
He's got a number of very good players ahead of him, and its the business end of the season, with Arsenal scrapping it out for European places, so not likely this season. A loan move to Atlanta United would be a good move right now in my opinion, for all parties concerned.
As an Atlanta and USMNT fan, I welcome this. For him, I’d welcome it too. He’d get a shot to step up his game before the senior team. Play in front of 50+k fans. Have some of the best service in the league. And really build his reputation before he tries to break into the first team. Plus, although Atlanta could use him for years and years. They really just need someone for this year. Perfect for a promising player on the cusp of breaking through but doesn’t yet have the resume to convince Arsenal fans that he’s the answer just yet.
Love it. Great idea. G. Martinez, Barco and Balogun up front looks good... obviously you can't expect him to fill Josef's shoes but I think he would be dangerous immediately. Love watching this team play... Brooks and Hyndman fill my USMNT addiction and overall the team gives me serious hope that the MLS is indeed catching up to Liga MX.
I would expect there to be an uptick in European youth loaned to MLS teams just based off of the scheduling. It's pretty low risk, because if the player isn't working out you work something into the contract that nets you a August/September recall.
Folarin Balogun (18) | ArsenalThe Gunners have an abundance of young talent breaking through into their first-team, but Balogun could be the best of the lot.His goalscoring record is sensational. He’s scored 35 goals in the PL2 & U18 PL alone in the last 2 seasons. pic.twitter.com/fLSlNYJ5A1— Mezzala Football (@MezzalaFtbl) April 20, 2020

He does, but its more of a general trend, a lot of English youngsters are no longer signing second Pro contracts at major clubs, for fear of lack opportunities and game time.. I wouldn't be surprised if Balogun ended up at Leeds or Brentford.
brentford might be going up and has a great scoring season, as far as goals go, so far that would be a nice move
https://www.westlondonsport.com/brentford/arsenal-folarin-balogun-brentford-price-310720221 Arsenal have set an asking price of 8 million, I doubt the move to Brentford happens if they don't win promotion or if they end up signing Toney from Peterborough.
