Hello. Can you improve your overall technique, your touch on he ball so it's more natural? I have problems with controlling the ball. When I touch it it looks more robotic then natural and I can't control it so well. Are there any drills to improve this or I have to get by with what nature gave me?

Juggling and using a wall to play the ball back, trapping and kicking it back against the wall.

I have such a poor touch that for example I struggle with the inside outside move from this video:
The move is from 1:38 untill 2:18.
I also struggle with the outside feet move(from 2:19 untill 2:45).

That particular move is better known as the elastico. There is no special drill needed to learn this move. The key is to keep practicing, so that your foot and muscles learn the motion until it becomes second nature.

Are you playing for fun? Or are you looking to play competitively?

Keep practicing the move over and over. Make sure to practice it with someone else too. And watch videos of how other players do it. The player who did it best was Ronaldo in the 1998 final against Lazio:

Follow the advice dejansavicevic10 offered to improve your touch in general. Keep ups and hitting a ball off the wall will help improve your touch.

Start slow. As slow as you need to get the motion down. Then gradually speed up. It might takes weeks or months or years before you can get to a good speed. Don't worry just keep trying.

Also, don't feel like you have to get good at every move. Try them all but then focus on a few that suit you best. The pros, they usually rely on a few moves that they really excel at. For ex, Messi, he doesn't do elastico, he usually does la croqueta, basic feints... but he does them with precision and gusto. CR7 does a lot of chop and scissors. Ronaldihno did a lot of elastico, it fit him well. Do what works for you, you don't need to be good at everything to be highly effective.

I don't understand. Is the problem that you aren't naturally gifted or is the problem that you aren't good with the inside outside move? Those are two different issues.
Frankly, don't worry about the move. It's not needed. It's a good move if you can do it but there are plenty of other moves that are highly effective.

    First learn:

pull back. this is the most basic and effective way to change direction 180 degrees. usually the first move that kids learn.

then feints. fake going left then go right. and vice versa

next, learn scissors. like a feint but you bring your foot around the ball when you bring your foot back.

then learn step over. step over the ball then using outside foot, go the other way.

These are basic and common moves that everyone should know.

Then learn chop. Watch CR7 do it. You can do this while you are running at high speed to quickly change direction. While on a fast dribble cut the ball behind other leg. It's quite easy to get down. Practice it 20 times, a couple weeks, and you'll have it.

Then learn cryuff turn - pretend you are going to kick the ball but bring it behind other leg (like chop, except it's not on the run).

Then learn roulette, aka maradona turn. (this is more advanced, don't worry if you can't get it, you won't really need it too often, but if you can get it down it can be a great tool).

These are the basic ones you should learn. Don't worry about inside outside (aka elastico).

Also, practice la croqueta a lot. It is just passing the ball from one foot to the other to go around a defender. Simple and very effective. But takes practice.

And MOST IMPORTANT - always practice the fundamentals:
    trapping
    dribbling
    kicking (passing/shooting)

Even when the pros play it is 99% fundamentals. If you can get those down then you will be good.

    Hey, bud.
We regularly publish quality training guides for exactly this reason. You can find our recommendations on first touch and ball mastery (how to operate inside and outside of the foot) in this article on ball control. I trust you will find the exercises useful and very practical.
