2019-2020 MASL Attendance Thread

I'm surprised people are going to see an 0-14 Rochester team.

 

Attendance at games has very little to do with the quality of the home team. Attendance has to do with the amount of effort and resources that a team puts into ticket sales. Even when the Detroit Loins went 0-16, they still averaged over 60,000 per game.

 

The NFL is different. At one point I stopped going to Harrisburg Heat games because I knew they didn't even have a chance to win.

Rochester is so bad you might go there to see them score a goal and be happy with that. But no matter how much of a "party" they make it, fans won't put up with this forever.

 

The Wave picked up Joey Kapinos today from Baltimore. He can't be any worse than the three puds the Wave has run out in GK so far this season.

 

Great pickup by the Wave. Joey's an excellent goalie and played a major role in the team getting its Eastern Conference homefield advantage during the Blast's last championship.

 

The rumor is that Rainer Hauss was available, but he's in Visa Hell right now.

 

Must be the same hell that Hayne was in and Renaud is still in!

 

And many others, which is why the trade deadline was moved out a couple of weeks.

I personally would pay a fair amount of money to see the loins of professional football players. That was one of the very best perks of using the gym at my college....

 

why in the world doesn't indoor soccer fold? The players can't be getting paid.

 

Turlock turning back into Turlock after a surprising early season start caused fans to lose hope. I'm wondering if we will get double digit attendance figures?

 

More concerning is three straight sub-1,300 crowds in Mesquite.
