Math checks out. All things equal, this is true. But aren't we talking about a 21-year-old elite athlete who burns calories like an MFer, and most likely needs to be sure he gets enough?
Right, because if you substitute a Chipotle burrito for a "typical sandwich" once a week... there's no other way to adjust your diet considering that specific weekly caloric intake? That's a really weird understanding of nutrition, and especially how a top-tier athlete might monitor their diet.
Plus, million dollar kids eat a typical sandwich or they don't eat. I mean, at least Chipotle gives you the tools! I just made myself a chipotle chicken burrito with cilantro rice, black beans, two kinds of salsa and fajita for 730 calories. So I'm expecting Chelski to come calling soon. https://www.chipotle.com/nutrition-calculator
I had Mexican food in Moscow back in '98 (back then I tried never to eat Mexican when traveling outside TX or other border states). I was skeptical when my colleague said we needed to go there, but it was fantastic.Talked to the Russian chef and found out he lived in Mexico for 10 years.
Since this is obviously on topic...I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve heard people pronounce it Chipoltee I want to punch them. with that said...my all time favorite was someone saying it Chipolettee. That one made me laugh
It's not what you missed, it's what CP's missed - too many games. I would start by speaking with our resident dietician.
Plenty of other young players play as many and even more minutes than CP did. At this point it's better that he takes his time and comes back completely recovered.
For what it’s worth, Chipotle has non-burrito options that are whole30(incredibly strict heath-food diet) approved, if you go into chipotle with the intent of eating healthy, you can absolutely accomplish it. A bowl with meat, lettuce, guacamole, and salsa is an all-around healthy meal, adding in beans is an option too. As far as fast food-esque options go, Chipotle is pretty much as healthy as you can get(with mindful ordering)
The bacteria are actually a great weight loss tool. New theory - Pull is underweight because of weekly post Mexican food diarrhea.
You must be so fun at parties, Bruce [emoji1787] It is possible to eat the burrito and then slim down your next few meals to offset the difference. Or do an extra stretch on the elliptical, or whatever. I lost 30 lbs in the last two years and still get my weekend splurges in there. You will pry my Sunday night pizza from my cold, dead, morbidly obese hands.
Off track, but maybe he is getting a steady supply of scrapple from Mom and won't let her down by not eating it.
