TA at rb but very involved in playmaking and defending. Covering lots of ground as usual. His team is well suited for him and they are getting most of the possession and chances.

 

Adams tucked inside at times leading to an early chance as well as starting a breakout on a counter.

Tyler should have a goal already. He ran passed two balls that fell around his area in the box. I know it's not his strength, but expect better there.

 

Wow! TA expecting Werner to make contact and over runs the ball. Would have been a tap in.

But mostly because everyone on Leipzig has been getting chances in the box.

Adams caught out of position. Frankfurt break and earn a corner.

 

He has gotten on the ball breaking out a few times. Sent a couple of crosses that were cleared and played Toure on the overlap once. Almost picked the ball off in midfield once that I remember.

Chandler has been pretty tucked in defensively and RB Leipzig has been able to find Nkunku in space. Nkunku also dribbled I believe three players leading to a chance, one of them was Chandler.

Tyler seemed to play Berhalters dream hybrid position. Ugh. Guess if he’s going to be at right back it’s better than a typical right back. If Frankfurt were better they could exploit it

 

Not liking this Adams at RB. He’s so much more impactful CDM.

 

he always looks a step slow as a rb. his talent for reading the game gets minimized by his lack of comfort

Tinkerers Tumble. He is not a RB. What more do you need to know? had chances to spring the winger in front of him, but hesitation lost the chance and kudos to the Frankfurt man to keep him pinned. Had better luck crossing early, but seemed to realize that too late in the game. IMHO, he is much better in the middle of the park. Better vision and better options. And may be able to avoid injury due to less running, although you can't stop him from doing that.
