Can DC United just ask for a one year loan with an option to buy for Ozil since they are negotiating his transfer for next year anyways?

Watch this element in the discussed...though not yet official...NYCFC stadium within the 153rd St development plan in the Bronx...closing a Major Deegan Expressway ramp would be necessary if a stadium is part of the plan and could prove to be controversial...it'll be interesting to see if the more extensive closures creates an issue in St. Louis...

Doubt it. The highway setup in downtown StL can be confusing if you don't know where you're going, but there's not really a shortage of places to get on/off near Union station.

That article fails to mention some of these closures were going to happen regardless.

    From this article:https://www.stltoday.com/news/local...94c1c724c3.html#tracking-source=home-trending

Much of the roadwork was already planned, partly to improve Jefferson Avenue and add ramps from westbound Highway 40 (I-64) to 22nd Street and Jefferson in anticipation of the new National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency campus north of downtown. The timeline has been sped up to accommodate the stadium, which the team hopes to have open by March 2022.

I need to be convinced they're not more concerned about getting him as a tenant for a coffee shop to replace the bike valet.
