🇧🇷🤩 THIS is what you can look forward to from our latest recruit - @ReinierJesus_19! #WelcomeReinier pic.twitter.com/KT797AutSF— Real Madrid C.F. 🇬🇧🇺🇸 (@realmadriden) January 20, 2020 Not Just Another Brazilian Talent - Scouting Report on Reinier Jesus@MattWiltse4 provides a detailed breakdown of the latest Brazilian prodigy to join Real Madrid: https://t.co/zqcyc2V1xt— Managing Madrid (@managingmadrid) January 20, 2020 "Andre Noruega, a Brazilian youth football scout, described RJ as a play maker with the ability to score goals from outside the box and an eye for the killer pass. “Reinier Jesus is a very creative #10 type play maker, but he could also play as a shadow striker due to his good movement and his impressive long distance shot. There is little doubt to what I like the most about this player - and that is his ability to play pin-point through balls. His passes make it through impossibly tight angles.” Blaise Bourgeois, editor at One Football: “€30m is a scam. He is worth €70, €80, maybe even €100 million. I am still in shock that the Flamengo board would even allow that kind of clause in his deal”.
Seems like the type of player Zidane would like. Another Karim. Can't believe we have all 3 of the biggest Brazilian names in the youth categories. Reinier, Vinicius and Rodrygo. Wow. I hope at least one stays here and makes a name for himself.
So we want a new Benzema? Or is this guy an actual AM in which case wtf.....we have enough of those already
As I have said from the beginning if this kid wants to be something he will embrace adapting to CF. He isn't a wide player and CAM have no real place in today's game with how team press and work hard.
Mundo Deportivo: "Barca is interested in Flamengo's midfielder, Reinier, star of the new generation of Brazilian football." 😂 pic.twitter.com/RFgoTmjgGm— Madridista-Swedeninho (@MadridstaLoco) January 20, 2020 Reinier was once linked to Barca by Mundin Deportivo. Florentino snatches another one from them
You all know my opinion on Vini and his overhype around here for playing in Flamengo. The same applies here. My only honest opinion at the moment is: Let's see.
Is it me or Argentina is producing better Quality strikers. Like lauturo and Lozano. While Brazil is making the likes of Malcolm. Perhaps diversifying is key.
Vinicius and Rodrigo at the age of 18 got the chance to play for the first team,so i expect Reinier to be integrated into the first team very quickly. The problem will be that all nonEU spots are already taken,im not sure whats happening with Valverde and Militao ..are they getting EU passports? Probably Reinier wont debute till next season
We are allowed 3 non EU players. This year they are Vinicius Rodrygo and Militao. Valverde and Casemiro have EU citizenship. I believe none of those 3 are set to acquire citizenship any time soon, so idk when Reinier will be able to join. Kubo is also a non-EU player. Reinier will probably have a few loan spells before he gets close to the Bernabeu
Reinier is a completely different player than Vini and Rodrygo, him is not a Winger so do not place him in these position, he is essentially a second forward with great passing skills and shooting power (Only played 15 games but scored 6 goals whit 2 assist, incredible nunbers for a 17 years boy mainly because he was never a starter, and should have played against Liverpool instead of the trash Lincoln). Reinier is not fast or skilled as Vinícius, in these departament Vini is way better, but...Reinier has Rodrygo technique and a better shooting skill than both (His highlights videos show well this), He's almost a middle ground between Vinícius and Rodrygo. but plays a second foward, reminds me a little of Benzema itself, but being a better passer/play builder and faster. But Reinier problem is he spends a lot of time "missing" in the game, looks like he is not there but out of nowhere he finds a decisive pass or a goal, he still has a lot to learn, needs to learn to be more "alive" (to participate more in the game), to have more constancy, to present himself more, this will be very required in Europe, because sometimes he spends 80% of the game looking like he is not there (Jesus (Our coach) took him out at 35 in the first half against Ceará because of this haha), but it’s a good sign, Reinier has an realy easy time deciding games, I don’t know if he has a roof to be a World Class, Vinícius is the only one that seems to me to be able to reach this status by learning to kick, but...As i said, it is very easy to Reinier to score or assist, If him learns to be a dynamic player, no doubt can be easily a starter for years in this team.Him will be very good. And yeah, a loan for him now would be great, way better than playing for castilha for 6 months.
Unfortunately life is in a rush and haven't been getting much time to comment on forums haha, but I've been following Vinícius and Rodrygo, Viní is going through an irregular moment (Normal for a 19 years old boy in the biggest club in world), but I am sure he will be back to his best form, my confidence in him has not been shaken at any time and i know him will triumph, Rodrygo started the year very well and i was really happy for him, had a cetain a relapse in the last games, but soon no doubt will shine again. Really hope these three: Vinícius, Rodrygo and Reinier can mark a era in Real Madrid. And this man hector is a fool, A Real ARCO-IRIS,
Do you think , Reinier could converted to a CF , like youngster said before ? The Problem is that the OM position is seems to be like dead in todays world football (especially topclubs) you think he has the potential to become a world class ?
No doubt, Reinier is tall/strong and has presence in the area, in a recente interview for Marca Jorge Jesus said: "Reinier is a very intelligent boy who likes to learn and can be said to be a gifted. Physically gifted for the position of second striker." In Reinier presentation video in Real madrid oficial youtuber channel are 2 typical CF head goals, he can perfectly learn to be a CF, it will depend mainly of the coach , but yes, he can. To be a World Class...I think he has potential, in only 15 matchs scored 6 goals and made 2 assist (There should have been more assists, but him teammates failed haha), but he needs to be more dynamic, more alive, as he gain more muscle mass, grow old and keeping the apparent ease of being a protagonist...He can be a Second or a Central Foward Star.
Thanks for the co-sign. We both say the same things from what we see but for some reason they hate me for saying it lol.
