Not a ton of touches, but looked good on the ball. His positioning looked fine. Confidence to take a one time shot (that wasn't that far off). We'll see more of him soon.
Yeah, it seemed like he was pinching in quite a bit as the attack developed, allowing Hakimi (I think) to push into that wide space as the RB.

The one thing that jumped right out was that he fit right in. He looked comfortable, his teammates looked to include him, he made good decisions and he was a positive part of the attack. Haaland can be the star of the day, I'll take Gio's performance as a nice first professional match.
