Went from trying to get a manager that represents something new ... To a guy who says there is nothing new ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Galiotte after firing Mano ... "O futebol esta passando por algumas mudanças e o Palmeiras tem que acompanhar essas mudanças."
Heard a crazy rumor today that CBF is looking at JJ. Multiple media outlets were calling Sampaoli to Palmeiras a done deal. Now they are being bashed but they are defending themselves saying Sampaoli basically gave Palmeiras his word but then backed out and starting adding to his wishlist. I think it's a good thing we backed out. No sense in breaking the bank on something that can blow up. Luxa will cost 3 times less than Sampaoli was asking and at worst he can be a stop gap.
Abel to Vasco. The dominoes are starting to fall. My gut says Mano goes to Inter. I forget the Ze Ricardo contract details, but it makes no sense for them to keep him. I still want to see Dorival land a Serie A job.
It's all a excuse, he just wants to remain free in order to have another chance in european football soon.

I was thinking brangantino would be the more likely landing spot. Ruim bola cannot take the pressure at a big club. Plus he is a corno
Abel Braga diz que não quer falar do passado e afirma que sucesso do Flamengo nessa temporada começou com ele. Vasco @Mengão86
There have been plenty of open positions and the past 3 league winners and Copa winner coaches haven't even been rumored. Felipao Carille Cuca Mano Felipao might be going back to China. Santos is looking for a foreign coach. Inter went with Coudet. Corinthians had already gone the "modern" route.
In Luxa's first press conf when asked about defensive tendencies in Brazilian clubs over past few years compared to attacking football today he uses Garrincha as a reference ... SMH
Santos sign Portuguese manager Jesu.......aldo Ferreira. Former Porto manager and most recently at Al-Sadd from Qatar. Club where Xavi was playing his final years and is now managing.
I have no clue what Atletico were doing trying to sign Sampaoli. If Palmeiras couldn't "afford" him, how could Atletico ??? Some rumors that PSG are looking into JJ. I think he would definitely consider that. He said he has a list of 5 European clubs he would leave Flamengo for.
Ricardo Guimarães owns Banco BMG, he has a lot of money, he would be willing to help in trading. He has also been club president in the past. But it would be a "loan" and Atletico would create more debt and further increase its debt. I was grateful that the negotiation failed.
