Hopefully not too serious? Guess we'll hear more in a few days. Early details: Balogun’s rolled his ankle, wearing a protective boot for now but yet to have a scan. When he does later this week we should have another update.Shame with the u23 NLD tomorrow. Tyreece John-Jules is back fit and available for selection though. https://t.co/35lE5Blnzo— Dan Critchlow (@afcDW) October 31, 2019
Out 6-8 weeks Gutted to pick up an injury, however I’ll work my hardest to return back to full fitness. Give this a read to get the update 💪🏼. @DailyCannon https://t.co/bnSr9wew6p— Balogun (@balogun) November 5, 2019
Balogun, Burton, Omole and Bola also trained with first-team today. Presumably Balogun not fully fit yet after injury.— Jeorge Bird (@jeorgebird) December 11, 2019
Arsenal's going to put out a youth-heavy team in Belgium tomorrow, so if Balogun is healthy, he has a great chance to be in the squad.

Tyreece John-Jules is headed out on loan and it sounds like Eddie Nketiah will as well. Should be lots of U23 minutes available for Balogun on the back end of the season. Here he is training with the first team today:

Nice. Will try to dig up the video if they eventually upload it. 2-0! Folarin Balogun smashes one into the top corner with his left foot from the edge of the box. He hasn’t had many chances tonight but he took that one. pic.twitter.com/ROVMV1VuRs— Dan Critchlow (@afcDW) January 17, 2020

EXCLUSIVE: Arsenal reject bid of £5m plus add-ons from Brentford for prolific 18-year-old striker Folarin Balogun | @AdrianJKajumba #AFC https://t.co/7rdPifbOeG— Mail Sport (@MailSport) January 23, 2020
https://arseblog.news/2020/01/arsenal-must-do-all-they-can-to-keep-balogun/ Arsenal are determined to keep hold of Balogun, with the 18-year-old possessing immense potential. In the long term there is likely to be much competition for Balogun as he attempts to make the breakthrough, with Eddie Nketiah and Tyreece John-Jules also determined to succeed at the club. There is certainly a case, though, to suggest that Balogun has the most potential out of all three, with his all-round game of a very high standard. It is inevitable that Arsenal will lose some top young talents along the way, with some prospects unwilling to wait for their chance to impress for the first-team.
