If your claim is that the transfer window will allow players to move to their "appropriate level," and you're using that standard to evaluate one player versus another, then the fact that one player has more freedom of movement due to his dual nationality means that their club team can't be used to make a straight comparison between the two because they don't have the same options available. Not that club team employment should be used solely to make that comparison anyway.
Just to be clear, what ceiling does Matt Turner have that he's being prevented from reaching due to his passport status?

The keeper that Horvath replaced as no.1 at Brugge is currently in 3rd place in Ligue 1 with his new club, Angers. The little club that could.

Brugge tied the game 1-1 @ 90'+ - seems unjust. Looks like it was a wild finish, with a ton of yellow cards (including two second-yellows for Brugge) and the goal - all after 90'.
I just saw that and assumed there was a scuffle after the goal. There was not - the goalscorer got a second yellow for taking his shirt off and Mata got a second yellow for blasting the corner flag in half during the celebration. Video here: https://streamja.com/gg5B
They play Madrid at home while Galatarsaray are away at PSG. Brugge are on 3 pts with their Turkish opponents on 2. Does Horvath get the start?
No way. Avoiding defeat and making the Europa League (where they'll go out in the first tie but that's another story) is where it's at for Brugge. That way they can better afford Mignolet's EPL-level wages. Letting him earn his own wages - or not - and keeping Ethan out of the spotlight is the most desirable option IMO
Stay tuned next 3-4 weeks there will be news on pending January transfer to #1 role on team in a league similar to JPL or to #2 role on a team with plan to be #1 role by fall 2020 on Bundesliga team
I'm going to guess the #1 projection is at Feyenoord. It's a comparable league and level club while their keeper has the 3rd worst save % in the Eredivisie. And my choice for the #2 is Dortmund. Burki has the worst save % in the league and Horvath had to impress BVB head-to-head in the UCL.
That’s a hard one to choose between. As much as I would love to see him eventually become the #1 at Dortmund, I just don’t think he’s ready for that so he might be playing second fiddle for way too long. Therefore, I might argue that Feyenoord would make more since for him.
I don't think Feyenoord would be a good move. Club is underperforming and the odd mistake will take him were he is now at Bruges. He needs a stable team, preferably mid table, where he has to be certain of getting the no1.
A: players' skill generally matches their respective team's level of play B: YOU'RE SAYING CLUBS ARE NEVER WRONG? A: no B: But not every player gets a chance at the top levels!!! A: like what level, in this case? B: i DoN't KnOw, WhO kNoWs????
