Jose the hot favourite with the bookies right now. Thought he was holding out for a top job?

Hazard turning it on just to ruin their lives in a game where they should’ve seen 4 red cards. ********ers. :ROFLMAO:

And winning the CL to see them miss out as a direct result. :D

He’s a few years too late to get the best out of certain players. Harry Kane especially.

    bumped to...er y'all know...

was obviously joking about Pep, I think (could see him quitting if he thinks his squad will let his record down)...

Ole I think has bought himself till New Years

I think they have had the talent already the last 2-3 years to be far better and leave no excuses for pooch, but a very valid point that Levy did not accept deals timely, nor pay deserved salary's to too many better deserving players then let the wrong players go for too cheap, leaving unhappy players and a dressing room stank.

It's going to end like it always does: Him getting into fights with everyone. It's like people forgot how his last season with us ended.

That said, I still think Madrid broke him.

    100%

The first version of jose was quite fun and his teams scored plenty but madrid stretched his already iffy personality traits beyond the point of no return.

It's a deal with the devil at this point and I cannot imagine a worse fit than a manager who needs to spend and complains even when given huge budgets and handing him an already disaffected locker room.

Should be fun watching him try to play 3 right backs and tells eriksen to sit in front of the back line.

In short, I really hope they sign him up. Nothing like a roaring tyre fire.

My point is isn't it obvious that it will be like that? He went ballistic when he didn't get his toys and at Spurs he has even less of a budget compared to United and Chelsea. Unless Levy has promised his something or he has changed somehow, everyone knows there will be no other outcome. Just seems weird.

Media reporting it may cost spurs upwards of 20m quid to terminate the contracts of pouch and co. For a club as frugal as they are, it’s a humongous amount. Even if they negotiate to half of what they would be due, it’s got to be tough to take.

Unsurprising to see their fans almost unanimously supporting poch, hating on levy and begging not to be saddled with Jose. I genuinely think they would prefer Wenger based on everything I am reading :D

Any thread of likability I had left for Mourinho now officially gone! I bloody hate Spurs (obviously), it's incredible how a man that has done so much for our club has managed to invoke these feelings in me! He SHOULD be a legend here! He has worked hard at destroying his legacy with us! :-D

Poch were starting to wear out his welcome with his poor handling of eriksen and vert post-window, so he’s not considered blameless, but Levy is widely considered to be shouldering the majority of the blame

I mean Erikson publicly said he wanted to leave. I can't put that on Poch.

No, it’s not (in all likelihood) on Poch that eriksen wasn’t sold... it IS on Poch how he was unwilling to use Eriksen after the window ended and he was still on the team

That's a sticky situation. I'm sure it had all to do with Levy and then Poch took the heat because I'm sure he wanted to play him 100% but needed to show he was with the club.

    Whatever, f them.

I was willing to allow Jose back in as a fan, but it's over now. Any good will he could have gotten back can no longer happen. Jose is about Jose, we all knew that. What we've learned is Jose is a ********ing idiot who doesn't give a shit about his legacy.

Now I'll n to the hire, what in the hell are they thinking? What, in the last 3 jobs he's had makes this a good idea? The squad has already given up on one manager, what thenhell do you think will happen in short order here? Also, this side is missing their creative link a bbn d it's showing, Levy thinks Mourinho is gonna get the best out of a player who doesn't like to get back and defend? This is going to be hilarious!

Pooch was 25 points in his last 24 PL Matches, relegation battle stats, only 11 points of those were pre-Erikson-escape-plea so still don't get all his defenders.

Without a doubt Levy is the hugest part of their problems, but Pooch had enough talent to do far better. Be hard for jose to do worse, but one can hope, Levy and this Jose deserve each other.

Since Madrid Jose's fun bit tongue in cheek supreme arrogance, took and has grown a nasty defensive in-secure turn, unsupported by results, so the perfect Spur.

    Jose appoints staff:

Joao Sacramento - assistant, young (30) up and comer - snatched from Lille
Nuno Santos - GK coach at Lille
Carlos Lalin - fitness coach with him at United
Ricardo Formosinho - opposition scout with him at United
Giovanni Cerra - analyst with him at United

    Rumors flying:

Spurs in talks with Luis Campos, Lille's sporting director
First transfers: Dybala, Ake, Bruno Fernandes, and Bale!

Look up desperation in the dictionary:

Seriously, though - it will be good, maybe great at first. Tottenham do have a good squad of players. He will get the best out of Ndombele, who is a very good talent, as is Lo Celso. Alli has dropped, but will rise a bit. Dier will be reintroduced. Erikson, dropped?
