Olosunde was fumbling to find his position on the first goal, which allowed the winger ages to put a cross in, and was part of a failed offside trap (he wasn't the last man, and it may have been a missed call) that allowed 5 or 6 Solihul players to get behind the defense on the second.

3-0 now, shredded on the counter, and I have no idea what Olosunde was doing on it.

He starts the play in the center circle as the counterattack starts. That's fine. The play turns into a 3 v 2 with Olosunde covering the furthest of the 3 attackers, and his teammate closest to the ball-carrier on the Solihul right wing. Not exactly tight to him, but close enough to make the attacker think. Rather than mark the guy in the middle or stick with his man at the far post, Olosunde slides all the way over to the crosser, leaving two guys completely unmarked in the 6-yard area. Absolutely baffling.

Two quick goals for Rotherham late to make this conclusion interesting. Olosunde not really involved on either, but he launched a long ball back into the box from midfield after a free kick clearance, eventually resulting in the second.
